The design, sound and installation is way better than my previous V35 system. Was easy to install, connect using the Bose app which is pretty basic. Sound Quality is excellent, unit is sleek, compact and delivers the sound quality in my dedicated HT room set up. WOW experience!!!

I have upgraded from the 900. A much better sound in my opinion, fuller due to it being 5.1 over the 900 which is 5.0 Had problems with the TV and the soundbar working together with the sound stopping. Contacted Bose help told to return the soundbar as it was faulty even after an update (9 days old). I totally reset the soundbar back to the factory settings and has been fantastic ever since. 5* for the soundbar. 1* for the support

Unfortunately, my product was faulty out of the box. Intermittent connectivity issue with the app, the remote does not work and resetting the unit does not work. The only way I can turn off the product is via the power point. It’s disappointing as I bought this product so I would not have any issues as I do not have time for issues.

You have to use an app to sync the bluetooth satellites with full network connection. The wifi connection does not work and the app will not work without it. I used wired connection and that made the app work, but, still did not see the satellites speakers. Having to use another app and having to install it on my phone is the worst. There are enough security concerns without having my speakers needing to talk to the Internet. This was the worst experience ever. Given I have been a lifelong bose user, its sad that I will no longer be purchasing your products. Your quality is just the worst!

I pulled the trigger and bought the Bose ultra soundbar, sub and satellite speakers. I ended up calling Bose support to get set up. The support team was great and walked me through the setup process. Great sound on music and movies, just what I was looking for. I’m happy with my purchase.

Easy to follow instructions during setup. Well tuned music, exceptional quality, makes your surround sound come alive without reverberating noisy bass. Great use of your bluetooth utility. I left Bose for 15 years because the corporation was too slow incorporating new technology at the time. Close quality and aesthetics with Bangs and Olufson, for a fraction of the cost.

I recently bought the bose smart ultra soundbar. i previously owned a cinamate which was good. I am very unimpressed with the surround sound effects and basically cant even tell i bought the optional large base module

So far the sound bar works well but the instructions leave a lot to be desired. My bar displays a red light and every solution offered by Bose doesn’t resolve the issue. To get additional help I need the lengthy serial number model number, etc.

Received as a replacement for Soundtouch 300. Sound is similar with more adaptive listening features and bass. I wish there was a way to connect My Soundtouch 30 speakers and have them in sink. It can link to one speaker at a time in sink.

Mixed results. Very difficult to set up. I have made at least five calls to the help line. Spent a day trying to get Alexa to change TV channels only to find out that my cable company does not support that function. Soundbar seems to drop connection to TV periodically for no reason. The App is not intuitive. Sound is great.
