Great diaper rash cream!
My mom used to use this on me and all of my siblings. Well now that I'm a mom I've been using this. My baby has gotten a few rashes from different diapers and this would clear it up in 1-2 days. It's not too thick but thick enough to keep the area clean and dry. Definitely better than Desitin in my opinion.

I’ve had this tub since I got it for my son from my baby registry. It lasts forever! A little goes a long way and it really works. We only went through about half the tub so we have plenty for baby #2!

Our baby had a very severe diaper rash at just 10 days old. Even the medicated cream from the doctors office did not help to clear it up. It was only once we switched to the Maximum Strength Butt Paste that her rash started to clear up. we use it with every diaper change and her rash has not come back since!

Works great for my toddler
Works great for my toddler. Applies easily and is a thick barrier, especially for night time. Usually clears up a rash within a couple days if used as instructed. 4 stars personnel because it’s not the cleanest option.

Although it's very thick, it works great, and very fast! When you have a newborn, they're bound to get a diaper rash as they're not used to wearing diapers yet. This stuff takes the rash away so fast! I would recommend getting one of the diaper cream spreaders though! In my opinion this diaper cream works better than aquaphor, desetin and all of the others.

The Strongest Little Guy Out There!
We are major fans of the 4oz butt paste container, so when we found the 2oz version we picked it up immediately! This butt paste never disappoints. It's the only paste that keeps our baby protected when he has a rash (layer it on like you frost a cake)! We favor the 2oz version for plane rides - great in the carry-on diaper bag! We tend to go through the 4oz in about a week if he has a rash, so the 2oz helps specifically during travel. I'd buy this in a bucket if I could!

It works great, it's smooth, it doesn't look "artificial" but it has this weird "soapy" smell to it! I think I prefer other brands but I will definitely use every last bit of this brand!

We have used these products in my family for years and years. That should tell you how great the ingredients are and they actually work. It's not a lingering funky medicated smell so that's one of the plusses. It's small and easy to just throw in your toiletries bag and go. Alot goes a loooooongggh way so you don't need to use a lot at once.

At the first hint of a rash, we apply this directly to the affected skin and area around it. Within a nights sleep, the rash is usually gone. I seriously love this butt paste!

I haven't had a chance to previously but it has seriously helped the lil diaper rash on my newborn baby that is now just a lil over a month old. The texture is perfect, its a lil off white compared to the white in desitin, and honestly I think it works better than desitin. I will continue to hut this and only use this brand going forward!

This paste is new for us to try and the maximum strength is what we’re looking for. It’s a great value for the money, the paste is agreeable with our family as we enjoy the light scent, value, and that there are no preservative, parabens, and etc in it. This is a great butt paste for babies but also for protective measures against sweating/chafing in elderly, bed bound patients, and those who sweets often. Worth every penny, thanks!!!
