I was NOT a fan of this and I am taking it back to get my money back. I used it once and it smelled so disgusting. The Gentle shampoo has been the best so far

I really was looking forward to use this shampoo with the seaweed conditioner since their components wouldn't affect my keratin treated hair, but unfortunately it didn't work for me, it made my scalp feel SO itchy, it didn't lather that well, i had to at least apply it three times for it to even "cleanse" my scalp and hair, even after all that washing, my hair fell flat, looked dull and wouldn't last long clean.

I gave this shampoo a try for a couple months. It left my hair greasy and weighed down. It also dried out my scalp and gave my dandruff. The consistency was thin and watery and I did not feel like it cleaned my hair. It also had a wierd, chemical scent to it. I have fine straight hair so maybe it isn't meant for my hair type? Either way, I will not be purchasing this again

I'm shocked to read all of the reviews because this may be my favorite shampoo I have ever used and I've tried a lot! It leaves my dry well-water hair silky soft and my husband even loves the smell of it. I am wondering if the "old formula" is back because this stuff is great!

I had my hair done about a month before switching to this shampoo. I switched because of scalp issues. While this worked amazing for my scalp, this stripped my color to the point i need to get my hair redone after just two washes with this. Would love if this was actually color safe like it says.

Had hopes, gave my fine, thinning, blonde/white hair some texture, but also felt it darkened my hair. First use i was itchy, second use more itchy. Abandoned product. Maybe just me. Their customer care chat was quite caring. That's a plus there.

I have recently moved cross country and my hair is not adjusting well. I went into Ulta to see if someone could help me pick a shampoo as I am having the worst time finding something that works. I was excited when she recommended this thinking I was finally going to have good hair days. Im not the biggest fan of the smell as it reminds me of an old mint gum package and it left my hair feeling greasy and weighted down. It made my hair super tangled and 2 days later, Im STILL struggling to get it out of my hair after washing with clarifying shampoo. My hair felt super sticky and dirty and I returned it so fast. This has been by far the worst shampoo I have ever used.

Recnrlt I had been experiencing an itchy scalp. I tried different peodicta but this onw looked peomising. I have used it 3 times and my scalp feels cleaner than before i used it. I love this and will continue to use it until gome.

Have had a very hard time selecting a shampoo and conditioner once I stopped coloring my hair, and I have tried many brands. Went into my local Ulta and started speaking with a store manager. Told him I had to go sulfate free and a with a product that did not leave a scent. He suggested the B&B Seaweed shampoo and conditioner. I decided to try them and after just 2 weeks my stylist said my hair never felt softer. There is also zero lasting scent after wash, condition and dry.

I impulsively bought this shampoo earlier this year and initially didn't think it was doing much. However, my hair has never looked or felt better! I use a volume shampoo as my first shampoo and this as my second shampoo for a double cleanse, and I love both. I have fine, dense, low-ish porosity, curly/wavy hair, and this shampoo is absolutely perfect for my hair. It's somehow light and lightly moisturizing at the same time. Since I started using this, my hair is soft, curls nicely, and has tons of volume. I have a sensitive, fairly oily scalp, and my scalp loves this, too. I don't know if I'd love this as much if it were my only shampoo, but I only wash my hair every 3 days, which means I need to double cleanse. I am really picky with shampoo, too. I'm 39 years old, and this is the first time I've been happy with my shampoo combo.

Gentle cleansing. It didn't feel too heavy on my hair and I think it did add some shine. The smell is ok. My issue is although I have dry, thin, fine hair, my scalp gets incredibly oily and my skin is sensitive. I felt like this shampoo wasn't cleansing enough and kind of felt heavy leaving my hair flat (I never condition above my ears). This product would probably work well for others, just wasn't the holy grail for me
