The smooth rich texture of Burts Bees Baby Multipurpose Healing Ointment forms a barrier against dryness leaving you with one soft happy baby. This multipurpose, non-irritating, petroleum free multipurpose healing ointment is pediatrician tested to be gentle and safe for everyday use. Apply ointment to babys body to moisturize and smooth babys skin. To calm your little ones sensitive diaper area, cleanse babys diaper area and apply ointment liberally. This jar of 100% natural origin baby ointment contains no phthalates, parabens, petrolatum or SLS. Nurture babys skin with Baby Bee from Burts Bees. USAGE DIRECTIONS: Apply natural baby ointment to babys body as needed. For diaper area, cleanse and allow to dry before applying. Good for adults too
I use this on myself as an adult with atopic dermatitis. It really helps with the dryness and peeling I get on my neck. I use this with another skin soothing/skin barrier product and they work well together.

My daughter been having bad eczema/staph I’ve used so many related products but none worked; always ended up flaring up back out of nowhere. But with Burt’s bee’s ointment, her flare ups started to calming down, slowly rebuilding her skin barrier. Thank you so much Burt’s bees! 🐝

Use: Hair oil/ wax
My hair is super dry. I need a product that mimicks sebum (natural hair oil, which is a mix of oil and wax). This stuff is great. Five stars! But I rated it at 3 stars because the smell is a bit unpleasant. I will keep using it but hope for an improved smell version in future.

Why Fragrance
Why Fragrance in a multipurpose healing ointment? I was excited to get this as a gift until I read the ingredients. Why hydrogenated castor oil and Fragrance. It says natural, however Fragrance is not regulated by the FDA. I will get my ointment from The Wild Olive Soapery. There are very minimal ingredients.

Very disappointing- super stinky & thin.
I was so hopeful about this product because I love several other Burt’s Bees items. But this is SO stinky smelling that I can’t possibly use it! I also found it to be So very thin, hardly like an ointment, more like a slightly slippery lotion. I will not be ordering it again!

Absolutely amazing. My toddler has eczema and we've tried 10+ different creams and ointments. This is the only thing that works. Please don't discontinue. It is lightly scented, but my kid with severe eczema is not irritated by it.

My 5 year old has been having dry skin and his pediatrician recommended using ointment instead of lotion but most of the ointments have horrible ingredients! I love that this ointment is safe, effective, and affordable! Will definitely keep purchasing!

Disappointing change
I’ve been using the multipurpose ointment for the last 4+ years with both of my kids and absolutely loved it! I recently purchased a replacement and noticed it was new packaging but hoped that was all. I was so disappointed when I opened it and could tell it was not the same formula at all! The smell is awful and the consistency is not the same. It was always fantastic for any skin issues we were having but this one just does not work the same. Very disappointed by this change and likely will not purchase anymore unless the formula is changed back.

Please bring back the old formula!
I ordered a six pack in June while I still had a few of the OG left. Started using it and noticed that something is wrong... I thought I got a bad lot, so moved to the next bottle. Only then, after using the next one for a bit I realised that it's a "new" formula. It doesn't work like the old one did! It smells artificial, it doesn't treat and heal the skin, not as effective for eczema. Only downsides compared to the OG one which is a real shame, as I've been using those products for like 10 years now. Why change something that everyone loves?!

In June I ordered a six-pack while I still had like one and a half of the old formula. I noticed the new packaging but didn't give it a second thought. I started using the new one and it just wasn't working, didn't smell as good, and was much more greasier. I figured got a bad lot or something. Opened another one, then another one. Tried using it but it's just bad... I loved the old formula, been using it for years for eczema and various other but the new one doesn't work as well, doesn't heal skin as the old one used it, smells a lot more artificial. It's like a completely different product! Really disappointed :(

You keep changing your best products.
You have ruined every product that I loved! Or you discontinue them. You messed up the resque cream, that wonderful bath salt. Discontinued the only natural deodorant in the spray that my husband loved. Needless to say that I don't use any of your products. Messed up a really good thing.
