This is such a great value for a fully automatic espresso machine!! It does everything, including a programmable "my cup" button that we've got programmed for a double shot. It does a really great job, provided you clean the brewer weekly, as recommended. If not, you can just tell with the taste. I love how easy it is to use, and that it includes the milk steamer.

We really like our Cafe AFFETTO. It's easy to use and the espresso is delicious. The only complaint is that the descale light won't reset.

As newbies, we were overwhelmed with the options and complexity of all the espresso machines out there, plus the prices were scary frankly! So we thought we'd start with an all-in-one, easy to use, sleek and affordable machine and found this! Since we are very used to our appliances being app controlled, we easily acclimated to using the app for specific changes. My husband has fun experimenting with the different My Cup options and I start every day with an iced latte. The taste is so good it will make you get out of bed faster every morning.

I am pretty happy with my purchase. Cleaning the frother is a bit tricky but overall the coffee machine performs well.

I've gone from a pot of coffee to having Americano's daily. Such a great shift in functionality and taste. Being able to customize all the settings of each type of "brew" is a great upgrade. You can tinker and get the taste just how you want. Cleaning is easy. It looks and feels solid.

Excellent espresso machine. Have owned it for more than 2 years and use it almost daily. Well built and very easy to use. It makes a great shot of espresso (with crema) or other custom coffee drink every time. My favorite and most used countertop appliance.

I have used my espresso machine for several months now and I absolutely love it. The flavor of coffee is always consistent. I have learned to adjust settings on the app to adjust flavor depending on what kind of beans you use. The system did glitch on me once where the buttons didn’t work, but when I just unplugged and plugged back in everything was back to normal. I’m hoping this doesn’t happen again, but other than that, I’ve had no issues with using the machine or maintaining it. I love the compact sleep design the most because it doesn’t take a lot of space on my countertop. Overall, very satisfied with the machine.

I’ve had my cafe a couple of years now and use it every morning. It’s easy to use and the coffee tastes great. Both the daily cleaning and descale process are simple. I got the white to match my kitchen, but the black is stunning.
