Definitely five stars.

There’s simply no comparison to this machine. It’s a must for us. We even take it with us on road trips. We love everything about it: the quality of the coffee, it’s so easy to use, AND on top of that it’s stylish. I usually don’t write reviews but I had to for this one because hands down, it’s the best there is.

I enjoy every cup!

I have had mine for 2 months. Consistent strength for single or double espresso. I can make several servings before having to empty the ground pods or fill the water tank. I use it frequently during the day in my office for myself and my guests. Many comment how good it tastes. Easy to operate and no mess. Caution: They are serious about not putting in oily beans: they won't slide down the grinder consistently and you will run into problems. Dark beans, ok, but not oily. Enjoy!

Upgraded Version to an Incredible Espresso Machine

We obtained the Espressione Concierge ELITE in Infinite Black, as we own three of the original Espressione Concierge machines. They are absolutely fabulous and we have been using them trouble free for several years. That unit was rated The Best Super Automatic Espresso Machine by Epicurious. The new ELITE models have extra features which include: RISTRETTO setting which gives you a true Italian ristretto at only 15ml; a larger 400 gram Coffee Bean container; Powerful 20 Bar Pressure Technology and fast thermoblock and a programmable automatic shut-off. The machine pulls a great shot, each and every time. Sophisticated cobalt blue light while brewing coffee or extracting hot water. Plus the all matte black finish reminds us of our SUV which is completely black from roof to wheels, with no chrome. We HIGHLY recommend this item as a top quality, reliable, elegant addition to any kitchen, office, bar or work station.
