[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One star off for the brew unit not clearing the puck completely on its own so I clean out the brew unit after each brew. Aside for the concern about the brew unit this is a wonderful machine. I live with an elderly mother, in her 90s, and she is completely incapable of making her own coffee and this machine has liberated both of us from relying on me to make the espresso with the stove top espresso maker that was becoming impossible for me to open (it twists and the vacume from brewing made it nearly impossible to deal with). I love this espresso machine.

Otherwise this is a wonderful machine and I know it’s still an early model but hope it holds up. It’s WONDERFUL to not have to wrestle with my old espresso maker.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We only had it for a few months when it stopped working. Nothing happened: it just stopped! And if you try to call to fix it, they want you to pay and get a service company to fix it. Save your money

The machine keeps getting stuck on the blcheck brewing disp. And is not making coffie at all. Im really frustrated since it's not working no more.

We love that we can by coffee beans and don't have to deal with pods. The coffee brews nicely and it is great that everyone in the house can pick their drink of choice!

Terrible company and terrible product. I bought this brand new. I have the receipt to prove where it says new six months and it stopped working I did the troubleshooting in the manual. It said to call because it wasn’t processing the beans and grinding them and then when I called and gave them the information on the appliance, they told me it was refurbished and was not under warranty so I was sold something as new that was not after contacting support. It’s been over a week and I haven’t heard a word from them. I was planning on remodeling my kitchen and using their appliances, but after this, I’ll just go with a better company.

I do wish the waste container held more. You have to empty that frequently. However minor. The app is super easy to use. Plenty of different size options for coffee.

This is my second time purchasing this product (first one fell victim to my daughter playing tennis with the VR headset) and I am so happy to have it back! It is very user friendly. I love having the grinder included, my coffee tastes so fresh! I like being able to use my app to customize My Cup. I also like that I don’t have to worry and keep up with things (descaling, adding water, emptying waste, adding beans) and that it alerts me. Cleaning it is also a simple process. Overall as long as I don’t run into any issue with this second machine I highly recommend, makes the perfect cup!

I love how convenient the system is to make good coffee. I use it every morning as the most important part of my morning routine. I wish we could have a bigger deposits. But, overall I'm impressed by the performance.

Best tasting coffee ever its a real strong and good quality machine just one thing that the capacity is very little for the water tank.

This is such a great value for a fully automatic espresso machine!! It does everything, including a programmable "my cup" button that we've got programmed for a double shot. It does a really great job, provided you clean the brewer weekly, as recommended. If not, you can just tell with the taste. I love how easy it is to use, and that it includes the milk steamer.

Great size and style. Very practical. I like the hot water temperature. it's has all I need it.

We really like our Cafe AFFETTO. It's easy to use and the espresso is delicious. The only complaint is that the descale light won't reset.
