Gorgeous machine and delicious results! I have found it easy to setup and use. I can’t wait to wake up and make a latte in the morning!

First time ordering my own espresso machine. This is super simple to use. And Love the look!

Terrible in so many ways. I have exhausted so much of my time and energy into this machine only to result in continued disappointment. Most recently, someone pointed out the words on the cintrol panel were coming off to which I realized when i wipe my machine down with a damp cloth (water only, never any cleaners or scrubs!), the lettering literally wipes right off without if applying any pressure or scrubbing! Overall, I am extremely disappointed as I always viewed Café as a high-end, high-quality brand.

After 1 year and a half the coffee maker started do dispense watered coffee and display messages like add beans" when the container is full or "descale" after I have just performed the procedure. I would love to take it for support option instead of throwing it away.

It's a beautiful machine that beats "basic" and creates espresso/coffee a Kuerig/K-cup can't compete with. I love that it freshly grinds, has a water tank, steam wand, and capacity to catch grinds. My biggest complaint is that it's not a "one touch" espresso machine as advertised because it automatically shuts off requiring you to power it up and run through a rinse cycle at EVERY power up. The machine automatically turns off after your preferred setting of 15, 30, or 45 minutes without an option to keep it on throughout the day or night. Each time you approach the machine (after auto shut off), you have to turn the power on, place a cup under both the espresso dispenser and steam wand, wait about 43 seconds, catch what is being rinsed out, dump the rinse, then choose your style of coffee. It's worth the work, but I probably would not have bought it if I knew it wasn't one touch. The steam wand is not as easy to remove for cleaning as the video shows, and I would prefer the wand be adjustable like the espresso dispenser. The steam wand doesn't seem consistent, but I'm still learning how to use it.

So far so good. I do wish I could make a larger cup, but I’m sure I’ll figure that out.

Solid construction, easy to use and maintain. Makes excellent espresso and Americanos.

I love this product! I moved from the Bellissimo to Affetto & have no regrets! It is so simple to use! I do wish that the steamer would get a little hotter & the frother would be adjustable like the espresso dispensing spout. But overall highly recommend!

Easy to use machine. Makes a good cup of coffee. Only caveat is I wish the water well was a bit bigger but is sized to what every other machine I’ve had. It’s easy to clean and rinses itself before every cycle which is nice.

I’d really like to give this espresso maker more stars, unfortunately it has started to leak (brewer) and it is very difficult to clean. When I remove the brewer and try to return it to the base, it is very difficult. Shouldn’t be doing this as it was very expensive.

I absolutely love this machine. Coffee has never tasted so good!

If you want to spend all day figuring out how to make a coffee, this is your machine. Terrible instructions. Very unclear. Trying to figure out how to get more than 1 or 1.5 ounces is a complete guess. Would it be so hard to say you'll get 5 or 7 ounces when you select a certain function? Total guesswork. So much for instructions actually providing any useful information.

Super simple to use. We went from buying lattes every weekend to just making them at home and enjoying them even more. I’ve enjoying playing around with my foam art!

I was skeptical about ponying up so much for a coffee machine. But I must say I am impressed. The one touch is quite convenient and it makes a great cup of coffee. It’s a good match to our barista which is retiring to the office. The other great thing is it matches all our appliances.

I really do love this machine. It is super easy to use and the flavor of the coffee is excellent. It is perfect for making espresso martinis! The frother is great, and it even works for my protein milk that I use in place of actual creamer. The cleaning feature is super easy to use as well. The only negative thing I have to say is that the shelf life of the actual machine is not the best. I had to replace the original one after not even 2 years of use. A friend of mine bought the same machine recently, and it died 3 months later. (His was under warranty still, fortunately, but mine was not.) The frother stopped working about 3 months before the machine died on my machine. I did clean it on time and did everything I was supposed to do in terms of maintenance, so I am sure it was not user error. If you are looking for a true investment, this may not be for you, unless you buy an extended warranty, which I do recommend.

We purchased the unit in October 2023 and loved it!! Unfortunately, now with just a little over a year, the brew unit's no longer disposing the used coffee ground and occasionally, we can't put the brew unit back after cleaning it. All of these issues render the espresso machine unusable. To make the matter worse, it's not under warranty. High price point for a machine that lasts only 16 months.

Good espresso machine and good americano machine. easy to clean.

I love my Americano in the morning and this machine is amazing for the simplicity and efficiency of a fast coffee when I wake at 4 am to make a 6 am flight. Traveling 80% of my month for work makes this machine a winner for me.

Love the product, have the black color product and looks elegant. Makes consistently good espresso. The espresso has nice crema and texture, though the machine I have doesnt do a 'Long shot' so i just get two espresso's back to back. If you are new to espresso machines you need to work through a few quirks though, like not using Oily/dark roast beans and descaling periodically (once a month recommended). Mostly importantly getting the machine out of air lock. It is common with auto espresso machines and the best way to fix airlock for this machine is to follow the steps. Make sure the water tank outside and the tank insert into the machine is dry. with the water tank out, fill it above the max fill line and press the white insert a few times with your finger to let some water out through it. Then wipe and place tank in the machine. If machine is powered on and blinking add water' & 'hot water', then press 'hot water' once. If it is not powered on, plug in and press power once to run rinse cycle. then when it indicates air lock, press hot water. You should have some hot water come out and air lock issue fixed. If not, unplug machine, wait a few minutes, Be patient and follow the steps above a few times. The machine will fix air lock most times unless there is not another problem. Wish GE support was better or there was better information available for this.
