This pan! I bought it reluctantly after having zero luck with other grill pans. Third time was the charm! It grills perfectly, even gives a carmelized grill mark on my chicken! I sure it every day and have bought 2 others for my other home and my niece. Have recommended to friends and family and they are equally as happy. It’s a quick way to eat healthy when you don’t have a lot of time to prepare! No need to spray with anything either which I love! I can’t recommend this pan enough. Buy it, you won’t be disappointed!

I had a Calphalon square griddle pan for over 10 years. I loved everything about it until the non-stick surface began to scratch off. I was delighted to find this replacement, which is a tiny bit larger and has an enhanced non-stick, scratch resistant surface. I was a little concerned that the handle might conduct heat because it isn't rubber coated like the old one. But it's just fine. It doesn't get hot at all. Thanks for an excellent product!

We bought this same griddle pan many years ago. We used it primarily for pancakes and grilled cheese sandwiches. Easy to clean and sized right for storage. We bought the new griddle to keep at home, the old one was taken to our vacation home.

Love griddle pans. I chose the Premier over the hard anodized because of the metal utensil use. This pan will mostly be used for grilled cheese or pancakes etc. A metal spatula is the best for flipping. This pan is a must for cooking.
