Cantu Narrow Detangling Hair Brush - 1p

This brush is amazing at separating my hair into curl clumps! I would have given it a 5, BUT it claims to detangle and that is not correct. I felt like it would rip my hair out of my head if I did not detangle BEFORE using it to make curl clumps. So it suits my purpose wonderfully but it gets a 4 since it doesn’t do all that it claims. I have thin wavy hair.

The would break and would completely slip off of the handle. It breaks super easily and when I use it I have to hold onto the top so it doesn’t slip off.

Brush works well - but broke first day. I bought it again thinking maybe i just had a defected one. Nope — same exact thing happened . Pink part slid right off the black handle .

Doesn’t fall apart like the Denman brush.

Awful brush. This is not a detangker. The bristle are extremely hard for any head and hair. It’s hard plastic and they should discontinued this brush.

Waste of money for such a terrible product. Cheaply made and came apart after on brush. Please don’t waste your money.

Love this brush helps with detangling much faster then traditional wet brush

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My hair is extremely thick. It's very wavy too. I was hoping that this brush would cut through the tangles with little effort, but unfortunately, it did not. The product quality was not as nice as I'd expected either.

It held up really well and did good with tangles. I gave it a 4 star because it wasn't the best brush I have found but it is still highly recommended.

I have another brush I use after showers, and it works much better than this one did. It did not glide through the tangles like I had hoped. It actually seemed to catch on them and it hurt to keep trying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally! A hairbrush to detangle all types of hair. I used on my daughter's mixed hair and it detangled without needing any spray. I used on my wavy thick hair and it worked wonderfully! I wear my hair up a lot and it is always super tangled when I take it down. This cut my normal brush time in half! The Cantu brush would be perfect for anyone needing a detangle!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have very thick long curly hair. I tried it first on my dry hair. It felt like a massage on my scalp. I have a very dry scalp from putting extra products to keep it from getting frizzy. It seemed to detangle most of my hair. The bristles have long points that really work into the scalp. On the second try, I did it on my wet hair coming right out of the shower with extra conditioner and some left on the hair to help with bushing. It felt good on the scalp again, but it pulled off and broke. I put the head back on but it never seemed to stay on the brush after that. I tried several times right after a shower and it never stayed on. I tried it on my two girls' hair. They have medium-length thick straight hair. It combed through their hair and massaged the scalp. The head of the comb stayed on the brush and got all the knots out of their hair. It worked like a charm for my girls. I would recommend this for other types of hair. It felt really good on the scalp and really worked through the hair. I just don't think it works well with thick hair. It must be too much for the brush.
