Q: where is this located in the store? i went there specifically for it today and only found Udi's in the frozen section and could not find it or a location where it looked like it would've been. thanks!

A: Every Target is different, but at my Target, it's in the produce section near other baked goods. They don't keep it frozen. I take it home and freeze extra loaves and haven't had an issue with spoilage yet.

I like that you can keep this bread frozen & take out slices as needed. No wasted product! I put a couple of slices in the toaster for a peanut butter, banana, & honey sandwich or turkey sandwich. Excited to try French toast! This tastes just like regular white bread you'd get on the shelf! Excellent taste & texture. Highly recommend!

I toast this and use it for open-faced sandwiches. Very reminiscent of challah or brioche. I intend to try it for stuffings and French toast. One question: will you be bringing back your Cinnamon Raisin Bread? It was the BEST GF cinnamon raisin bread on the market - by far! Please bring it back!

I am so happy you make this bread without potato starch and flour. I have a potato allergy, and it is great to have bread that tastes good for everything bread. I wish you would also make other products (hamburger buns, hot dog buns, etc. without potato products.

I have SIBO, so I am very restricted with certain carbs /sugars. THIS does not make my stomach hurt! It tastes better when toasted in my opinion. I can’t tell the difference between this and regular white bread when toasted. Only down side is the price. For the amount you get, it’s pricey.

Attended a GF Expo just to try a bread that I could enjoy after finding out I had Celiac Disease. I was in Schaumburg IL and it was a very nice expo yet I had tried many different breads that were toasted and I didn't want to have that as my only option. Canyon was not only fantastic toasted but untoasted was like regular bread! My Only choice of bread!!!

Barbeque sauce couldn't make this "soft" white bread edible. I'm a Celiac who was looking forward to a barbecue sandwich with family and had high hopes based on reviews, description and price point. I'm hoping the grocery store will refund my purchase price for this dry crumbly bread. I'm done with bread.

This is the best gluten free bread that I’ve found. With that said, I toast it for everything so if you’re looking for a cold sandwich bread it’s on the very firm side. It’s definitely better than Udi’s which is like eating a piece of drywall.

I love that this Mountain White bread doesn't have soy, nor soy by-products. Tasty gluten free bread is so hard to come by, so was very pleased to find Canyon products. All of the products are awesome!
