Grind your coffee fresh every morning before brewing with the Capresso CoffeeTEAM PRO Plus. This 10-cup thermal carafe coffee maker features a built-in conical burr grinder for the freshest taste. Get rid of two appliances and just use one! Grind your coffee right before brewing, you can even set the timer to have coffee ready when you wake up. The two-step grind and clean process ensures no beans and minimal ground coffee is left in the grinder after use. The upper conical burr is also removable for easy cleaning. The grind and cup settings are adjustable making it easy to craft the perfect brew no matter your strength preference. The "Oily" bean setting and the low friction bean container automatically compensate for slower feeding dark roasted beans. Use the Coffee TEAM PRO Plus with pre-ground coffee by turning the grinder off.
The 7-ounce coffee bean container is removable and will also keep coffee inside of the container when removed so there are no spilt beans. You can brew two 10-cup pots of coffee before refilling the bean container. A tight seal keeps the whole bean coffee fresh inside the bean container. The GoldTone coffee filter is reusable and dishwasher safe. You may also use paper filters if you prefer. The charcoal water filter removes impurities that can negatively affect the taste of your coffee. Place water filter directly into the holder inside the removable water tank. The display will alert you when to replace the charcoal water filter which will be every 60 pots of coffee. The drip stop will allow you to pour a cup of coffee during the brewing cycle to pour a quick cup without spilling. The full stainless steel exterior is durable and will look sleek on your countertop.

Q: Can this be used if one uses pre-ground beans? If "yes", then how tall is it without the bean grinder hat?

A: Yes, you can use pre-ground coffee by directly filling the coffee filter basket. However, the bean hopper needs to stay in it's place during operation of the coffee maker.

A: It takes about 10 minutes to brew a full pot of coffee on this model. This machine does have a start timer so you can set the coffee maker up to have your coffee ready when you want it.

We’re on the 4th warranty replacement of this model. When it works, it’s great! But for still unknown reasons this unit will suddenly not start brewing after it grinds the beans. All 4 machines had this exact same issue. Now it’s past the one year warranty so we just accept that it must be unplugged after every use and left unplugged until next day. So far it has worked using this method. If unplugged and plugged back in after 10 minutes or so it still doesn’t start brewing. Works if left unplugged for more than an hour or overnight. Customer service when calling wait time is very long, but good once you have them in the phone.

We have had five of these makers. First one was covered under warranty when it broke, second one crapped out 18 months later and customer service offered a discount on maker number three. They crapped out after two years, so purchased a new one because we liked the ease, made great coffee and we knew what to expect from the maker and customer service. Pot number four only made it six months, under warranty we will receive pot number five. After this breaks, plan to buy a grinder and a Bunn.
