Does not last! Followed all the directions for care and cooking but my items non stick stopped working after about 4 months. Their customer service was not helpful for warranty. It’s unfortunate considering the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After just over a year of careful use (only cleaning with a natural brush or cloth, storing it with a cardboard protector, and definitely never thermal shocking or cooking over high heat) the nonstick properties of the pan have completely vanished. I’ve tried the “boil with soap” fix, to no effect. The pan is still flat, still looks great (a little discoloration), but is just another pan at this point...and maybe even sticks more than steel or definitely cast iron. Disappointing.
