While it is gorgeous, I would never order this again and especially for the price of it.

I was very pleased to add this beautiful kettle to my updated kitchen. It holds plenty of water for my large teapots. I appreciate the potholder which I also use as a trivet. It's very comfortable to use. It feels very balanced. I'm sure I'll be enjoying it for years to come.

I had to request information. Even with the response I received, there was no mention of the lid tightness until the lid has been lifted a few times.

It is absolutely perfect and it exceeded my expectations! It’s so attractive, pours nicely and the handle is very comfortable. Nice kettle, works like intended. Knob on lid broke off, think it’s due to defective metal or installation. Of course I’m just a pipe engineer with lots off metallurgical experience. Product needs to perform better for the price.
