Hit and Miss Quality
Hit and miss. A lot of these sets have top loaders that are so bowed that they’re unusable and they’re not able to be refunded, only an exchange if they have the exact set left in store. the penny sleeves are usually perfect but the quality of the top loaders is not the greatest.
