Carter's 2.75" x 4.25" felt stamp pads have a new and improved red ink formula that is richer than traditional red ink pads for stamping. Constructed with a premium felt pad, this stamp pad will last longer than everyday stamp pads and creates a higher quality impression each time. Conforms to ASTM D 4236 and ACMI AP-certified as non-toxic, ink is safe for use in schools, offices and homes. Once you're done with each pad, easily refill the stamp pad with Carter's Neat-Flo stamp pad inkers by just dabbing the ink onto the pad. Whether you're stamping for crafts, scrapbooks, greeting cards or homework, Carter's stamp pads will make sure your stamps are filled with color.
