I had been eyeing these ottomans for quite some time because I really liked the look of them. Unfortunately, every time I visited a Target store, they were not available in stock for me to see in person, so I finally decided to order them online. The delivery experience was already frustrating. They were originally supposed to arrive on Friday, but on the day of delivery I received a notification that they were delayed until Monday. Monday came and went with no delivery. I then received another update saying Tuesday, but again, they did not arrive. The tracking was eventually updated to Wednesday, and they were finally delivered today. After getting home from work, I unpacked them and initially liked how they looked. However, once I inspected them more closely, I was very disappointed with the quality of the stitching. On one ottoman, the stitching looks somewhat okay overall, but there is an obvious area on the top where the stitching was poorly done. The second ottoman is even worse, the stitching is noticeably uneven and completely off in certain areas. For brand-new furniture, I do not feel this level of workmanship is acceptable. These are not minor details that are difficult to notice; the stitching defects are clearly visible. It honestly makes me question how these pieces passed any type of quality-control inspection before being packaged and shipped to a customer. I really wanted to love these because I have been wanting them for a while, and I actually need them for a project. That is what makes this even more disappointing. Now I am left debating whether to keep them because I need them or go through the inconvenience of returning them and trying to get replacements. The design itself is nice, but the poor quality and lack of attention to detail in the stitching are simply not acceptable to me. For the price and the expectation of receiving a new product, I expected much better quality control from Target.

This round ottoman ended up being absolutely perfect for the space I needed it for. I wanted something to help balance out the sides of my media center. I originally had a square chocolate brown ottoman, but it was just too much dark on dark. I first ordered the cream color, but it wasn’t quite the right match for my room, so I returned it and purchased the cream version with the brown leather piping instead, and it’s perfect! The color is exactly as advertised. It’s comfortable, well made, and will actually be functional too since I’ll use it to sit on while putting my shoes on before heading out the door. I searched everywhere for something like this and am so glad I finally checked Target.com. The shipping was crazy fast! As always, Target for the win!

This ottoman shows delivered to the porch - the photo of the delivery is not our front porch. I have spokent to a Target Customer Service Agent - he assigned a Case # and told me it would be 48 hours before this problem could be solved. It was shipped FEDX - Someone from Target should be contacting FEDX on this in less than two days.

Nice Quality & Design
This ottoman is more of a chocolate dark brown then shown in the photo. It’s also very well made with an extra thick cushion on top for sitting if needed. I ordered two of these and one of them came with little plastic feet and the other one was missing them, so definitely make sure to check that yours has those if you decide to order these.
