Machine Good - Instructions Bad
Totally concur with other comments. I have owned this machine for 9 months and have yet to find comprehensive directions on how to use it. I needed several spare parts and had zero reponse from the company's support. I now need to disassemble the machine to move it to another location - my "instructions" will be to download the installation video and play it backwards...

I purchased this about 8 to 12 months ago. Generally, happy with the features. However, would have appreciated a manual illustrating the different exercises available. Wasn’t interested in paying for a long term membership.

Exceptional Options / Space conscious

For someone who has utilized fitness centers and large universal gyms for most of my life, I was skeptical. Once I tried it I was so pleased with the results, I cancelled my gym membership and have never looked back. Good value
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Solid cable machine for low to medium weight. Not ideal for taller people, probably max out at 6 foot. Wish there was a third axis on the pulleys instead of just two. Can't get the handles to the middle of the machine so something like a shoulder press has to be done with a slight angle from outside unless you isolate one at a time. Other than those 2 issues, it's well built good priced and has multiple uses.

The only issue I had was the base can be installed upside down. Make sure rubber pads are against the floor. I have rubber flooring so I choose to leave it. I have had this for 1 year with the many adjustments you can use this for full body workouts!

Can't say enough good things about this equipment. Buying a cable machine for the home can be daunting, but we landed on this one and couldn't be happier. It does everything we would expect. It's smooth to use and was really pretty easy to assemble. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Use this 5 days a week and follow the 9 week training program, and repeat weeks 4-9. Equipment is great for what I need, however cable sleeve have been torn from getting stuck when trying different exercises and pulleys not moving correctly.

Very Versatile Home Gym
I love this machine, it is functional and easily hits all muscle groups. Works well with the Centr 1 Strong program on the Centr app. Does not take up much floor space and was easy to assemble. Have seen noticeable results using this machine over the last few months.
