I recently received my order and noticed that the body soap bottle had leaked inside the package. The cap wasn’t sealed properly, and some of the product spilled out, soaking the box. I’d appreciate a replacement or refund, and I hope future shipments can be packaged more securely. Thank you for your help!

Wasn’t a fan of this. When it came around to giving our baby his first bath, this was the soap I chose based on research and reviews. However the next day my baby was covered in baby acne and what appeared as a contact dermatitis. Luckily we were seeing the pediatric that morning, he encouraged us try a different brand. I researched some more and used my Mustela no rinse and it immediately within a few hours appeared to help take away the redness and dried up the rash. Within 2 days my baby’s face was clear using the mustela. Returned the cerave. This is not the case with every baby I understand, this was just the case with my baby.

This is the perfect next step after bath time. It is easy to apply to my baby's skin after bathing. I want to make sure my baby's skin doesn't get dried out. This has a thick consistency and absorbs nicely into the skin. My baby's skin is very moisturized afterwards. I really like that it has ceramides and vitamin E. This is also free of parabens, fragrance and dyes if you're concerned about product ingredients for your child.

This is the perfect wash and shampoo for anyone. It’s so good for anyone looking for a wash that’s easy on their sensitive skin and moisturizes at the same time too. My daughter is able to use this on her sensitive skin with no issues. And I am able to use it as a gentle face wash without my face breaking out. It has a very light scent and causes no irritation. So happy I found this !

I tried this CeraVe Baby Moisturizing Cream on my little one, and while I liked that it’s fragrance-free and made with ceramides, it didn’t fully impress me. The texture is quite thick, and it takes a while to absorb, which can be a bit tricky with a wiggly baby. It does moisturize well, but I didn’t notice a big difference compared to other baby creams we’ve used. It’s decent and safe for sensitive skin, but not the standout product I hoped it would be.

My son has really bad eczema and we use this after he gets out of the bath. It leaves his skin very soft and doesn’t burn where is breakout is. He likes it as it doesn’t leave him feeling sticky but leaves his skin feeling soft.
