CeraVe AM Face Moisturizer SPF 30 is an oil-free daily facial moisturizing lotion with SPF 30, hyaluronic acid and niacinamide that offers UV protection, and contains ceramides to help restore the skin's barrier. This CeraVe face moisturizer with sunscreen is a hydrating facial lotion that spreads easily, is absorbed quickly, and leaves a non-greasy finish. Non-comedogenic face sunscreen won't clog pores, so is suitable for all skin types. This CeraVe sunscreen moisturizer features three essential ceramides, hydrating hyaluronic acid and soothing niacinamide, plus patented MVE Delivery Technology to supply much-needed moisture throughout the day. Sunscreen for face is allergy tested, oil-free, fragrance-free, and developed with dermatologists.

How to Use:
Use this daily face sunscreen as the last step in a morning skincare routine. If layering with an eye cream, moisturizer or facial serum, apply CeraVe AM facial lotion after other product applications have been fully absorbed
Unlock the pump for first time use by twisting it to the left and pressing down several times until the product comes out. Note: You may actually have to press down on the pump as many as 10-20 times to initially begin dispensing lotion.
Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure
Reapply at least every 2 hours
Use a water-resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating
Children under 6 months of age, ask a doctor

Face broke out in an acne like rash after 2-3 days of use. Very painful. Very odd that the web site lists this as non-comedogenic. As far as moisturizing goes, it’s negligible. Wouldn’t recommend this at all.

Horrible allergic reaction after using product . I notice my face burned some after day one but didn’t think nothing of it. By day three I had a horrible rash and my face itched and burned after applying the moisturizer.

I received a sample of this directly from the brand and was able to try it out for a few days. I've tried a couple of CeraVe products (mostly cleansers), but not this one until now. I definitely see why everyone loves the brand so much, despite the price. It doesn't have too many unnecessary ingredients, there's no weird smell that some moisturizer/sunscreen combos have, it absorbs quickly, and it seemed to protect me from the sun all day even when I didn't reapply like I should have. It also didn't make my acne go crazy, which is an issue I've had in the past with other moisturizer/sunscreens.

I've been using the CeraVe Facial Moisturizing Lotion for the second month. In my opinion, the moisturizing effect isn't quite enough, especially if your skin tends to be on the drier side. If you're looking for intense hydration, this product might not give the maximum effect. But overall, it's a solid product, particularly because of its light texture and sun protection properties.

Super disappointed with Cerave. Many recommend it for combination skin but this as well as their face wash has caused me to break out (I typically have clear skin!!!) I gave it about a month but had still not adjusted so have my skin a little break then tried again and literally overnight woke up with 3 new blemishes. I also have rosacea and this has made my skin look even more red then usual.

Love the cerave ultra light moisturizer with sunscreen, but wanted something cheaper, so got this cerave am moisturizer. Big mistake, every time i tried this on, it would just pill and cause a bunch of white stuff to come off my face and had to rewash my face. So will be spending more for the best moisturizer in the am, the cerave ultra light.

I am someone who chronically skips sunscreen, so having SPF in my facial moisturizer was a GAME changer. Unfortunately, this product only works for me in the summer/spring seasons when I need something light. In the winter I would opt for something thicker and more moisturizing. The packaging looks cute on my shelves, very minimal, and the scent is not irritating!

Its okay. It leaves a white cast on my skin. I usually use spf 50 but this is still sufficient. I prefer other brands when it comes to sunscreen. This is still nice if you are looking for a sufficient drugstore sunscreen. There was no problem for me besides it leaving a bit of a white cast and slightly stinging my eyes. If you were to ask me if I would buy again I would say no and suggest other brands like Cosrx or Centella.
