Moisturizing immediately
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Is definitely a very moisturizing cream. Help immediately with my dry hands and ski specially during winter. No residue at all and the skin absorb very well into your skin. Value is good deal and also do what they promised. No discomfort at all . Also can be used in any type of skin. No smells or fragrance.

Itching and burning
I accidentally ordered this thinking it was the normal moisturizing cream, which is my holy grail. However, every time I put this on my face burns and itches pretty bad. It does keep my skin moisturized, but it’s not worth the pain. I kept using it thinking my skin was just dry and irritated from my tretinoin, but there’s been no change. I’m not sure what ingredient irritates my skin that’s not in their regular cream, but after reading other reviews I’ve seen that I’m not the only one. If you’re thinking about buying this I would instead recommend their moisturizing cream and their intensive repair ointment (my other holy grail). Although, I wonder if their ingredients have changed in the cream, as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] CeraVe is my go-to for daily body moisturizing. And sometimes I also use it on my face. My lips. My feet. It’s just that good! Dry skin? CeraVe. Itchy skin? CeraVe. Skin barrier health? CERAVE. I love it. it makes my skin soft and hydrates to the max for several days without causing irritation. I keep in my car and purse. I can’t travel without it.

A life saver in the winter months
If you're a person who has dry skin even after moisturizing this is for you. A rich moisturizing cream that quickly absorbs, deeply moisturizing the skin leaving it soft and supple. The 5% urea as well as the ceramides really help repair skin barrier leaving you moisturized until your next use. I use a clindamycin cream daily and I never get any piling when put this on top. A little bit goes a long way but you can build it up while never leaving you greasy

This CeraVe Intensive Moisturizing Cream works so well! I get extra dry in the winter and this is the only cream that properly hydrates my skin and leaves it nourished and hydrated. The urea does have a slight smell but it's not to bothersome. Love the thick texture. A little goes a long way!

burns on cracked skin
This lotion is nice if your skin isn't cracked. If you have cracked skin, it really burns! It also really burns if you've just shaved your legs and then apply this lotion after showering. I prefer the older formula and will never be purchasing this one again!

What I liked most about the CeraVe Intensive Moisturizing Cream is how deeply hydrating it is without feeling overly greasy. The texture is rich and creamy, but it still absorbs well and leaves my skin feeling soft, smooth, and comfortable for hours. It really helps with dryness and keeps my skin moisturized throughout the day. I used it on my body, especially on very dry areas like legs, elbows, and hands, mostly after showering and sometimes at night. It's great for daily use if you have dry to very dry skin, and it also works well during colder weather when my skin needs extra moisture. The only thing I didn't love is that it can feel a bit heavy if you use too much, especially in warmer weather. I also wish it absorbed a little faster, but that's expected with a more intense cream. I would definitely recommend it to anyone with dry, very dry, or sensitive skin. Something I wish I had known before trying it is that a little goes a long way, and it works best when applied to slightly damp skin to lock in moisture. Overall, it's a very effective moisturizer, gentle on the skin, and a solid choice if you're looking for long-lasting hydration and skin barrier support.

This is a great body cream, which really moisturizes my dry skin, especially during the cold, dry winter months. Even though it is on the thicker side, it glides on smoothly and absorbs really wow. Wasn't sure I wanted to spend the money but so glad I did. I've needed to use lotion/cream everyday for decades (even in summer) cause my skin is dry. I have a few favorites and this has become another one. VERY MOISTURIZING BUT NOT greasy. It absorbs into my skin, keeps it hydrated for hours, doesn't leave any type of sticky feeling, and yet forms a barrier. The jar I purchased came with a pump -EVEN BETTER for application.

Good as body moisturizer but not for face
It’s moisturizing but made my skin breakout. Also my son’s face developed clogged pores (comodones) from this. It’s too thick as facial moisturizer, yet it’s quite good for body. I use it on my hands, a bit pricey if used just for hands.

Recommended for dry skin!
If your skin feels dry even after moisturizing, this product is for you. After consistently using this product for about a month, my skin feels ultra soft and moisturized. Gone is the flaking and the scaliness, even during colder months. 100% recommend!
