These bars were recommended to me by my sons pediatrician when he was just a few months old due to eczema looking dry skin. He is two years old now and I still use this soap for him exclusively; If not for the cost, I would use this myself because it smells SO good and makes skin so soft.

Squeaky clean but super gentle on the skin!
Cetaphil has been GREAT for my kiddo with sensitive skin while still giving her that fresh and clean feeling after being at school, daycare, and dance throughout the week. I also use it before my body wash to have a squeaky clean base that helps lock in the scent of my body wash.

The holy grail cleanser
I’ve been a big fan of cetaphil for many years. The thing I love about these bars is firstly is their ingredients are simple, the product is effective and really helps my face feel clean. They lather up really well and are unscented so even better as I’ve found skincare that have a strong scent aggravates my acne. Packaging is great, the individual boxes are good as keeping new soaps clean and dry in my bathroom cabinet ready for when I run out. The bars last a long time too

Gentl but inconvenient
I tried the Cetaphil Cleansing Bar and while it’s gentle and non-irritating, I don’t find it very convenient to use. The bar can get messy and isn’t as practical as a liquid cleanser. It does an okay job at cleansing but sometimes leaves my skin a little tight. The price and size are decent, but overall it’s just average for me.

Warning: There is fragrance in this product
I had been using some Cetaphil products, but not on my whole body. I was eager to try the cleansing bar, thinking it would be good to have a bar to use with a washcloth. WELL.....I can't stand the smell. I know I'm not the only person with extremely sensitive skin who also reacts strongly to any fragrance. I'm sitting here with my eyes watering, 3 hours after my shower. I didn't use the bar on my face. If Cetaphil introduces (or reintroduces) an unscented product, I'll try again. Waste of money for me.
