    This was a replacement because the driveway up item package was ripped. Got the new item shipped and it was also ripped. Do we not care about anything? It’s frustrating beyond belief.

    Moldy toilet paper

    Mold was on the first row of one of the packages from water damage. I just opened today and it was stored in a dry place. The other item was stored in the same place and is fine.
