    Quality has gone down

    This used to be our go to toilet paper. It was strong, absorbent and soft. Over the last five years the quality has gone down dramatically. The rolls aren't as tight, the paper tears and pills, and even the center roll is flimsy. Please back the better quality product Charmin.

    Regarding 24 Mega Rolls - Ultra Strong : Target/Charmin need to know I take issue with current product. We have been buy this item "Charmin Ultra Strong - Mega rolls" for a long time. Many years now. But this last batch of rolls received is completely unacceptable. So much less paper, thinner, weaker (Ultra Strong???), creates fluff/fibers, and roll lasts like only 2/3 the time. This is a completely subpar product now, with an even higher price tag. Photos included. A previous manufactured roll (from a previous 24 pack) is on the left. The newer subpar, poor quality roll from the current pack on the right. No! Unacceptable. Charmin, don't try to cheat your loyal customers. Thanks. [ 5221U018360044 printed in packaging ]
