My husband and I are very disappointed in this toilet paper. It used to be softer and gentler. Now it's rough and tough. We're not comfortable using it. It is rough on our bottom. Now it really is toilet PAPER! We're afraid the toilet will be clogged because it seems to resist breaking down. I wish I could return it for a refund.

This used to be my go-to, but now it is so pill-y. I get the ultra strong, because extra soft seemed to be flakey. Now I see no difference.

We're sorry to hear you and your wife have had this experience with our Charmin Ultra Strong. We want you to know our products are thoroughly evaluated to be safe when used as directed, so this is not something we'd expect to see. If she hasn't already, we'd recommend she discontinue use of this product, and that you hold onto it in case we need to retrieve it for evaluation. While we did change the texture pattern of our Ultra Strong in 2022, we would expect it to still function the same as before. So we can provide assistance with this, and gather some info for our Safety Team, please give us a call at 1-800-777-1410.
