Cheerios Breakfast Cereal

Honestly this is a decent cereal and I think most american cereals are sugary unappetizing disasters. This strawberry flavor is very similar to strawberry ensure drinks. It's made with natural fruit colorings and fruit puree. I wish more cereals took a healthier approach since they expect us to eat this stuff every morning. Unfortunately protein cereal isn't entirely perfect because it contains high fructose corn syrup. They should either slash that amount in half because it's a tad bit too sweet or use an alternative healthier sweetener. Either way I do enjoy the flavor and think it's ingredients are taking a step in the right direction regardless.

Liked added protein but this cereal is way too sweet. Adding that much sugar is not healthy. Will never buy this again

This was very tasty. Liked the extra protein. Big improvement over the other Cheerios. Minus 1 star for natural flavors and too sweet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A surprisingly satisfying mix of classic Cheerios crunch with chocolate flavor and oat clusters. A little too sweet for me, but not overwhelming. Great with milk or as a dry snack. I ended up mixing it with the Oats ’n Honey flavor and that combo was a hit for my child. She said it tasted better together than on its own. I’d probably buy both again just to keep mixing them. It makes breakfast so much easier and saved time in the morning.

"Cheerios Oat Crunch, Oats N Honey" was the greatest cereal ever!!! But, all of a sudden, the flavor is very different. Its horrible now. I am so crushed. To have found an amazing cereal, then to have the company make such a gross change to its recipe...Please bring back the original recipe!!!

Please get rid of the Red 40 and Blue 1 food dyes. I was so excited that Cheerios made a fruit flavored product that is supposedly a healthier alternative to Froot Loops, I was so disappointed to see the food dyes. The food dyes irritate my stomach.

At first it was really yummy and enjoyable, but the more I ate, the more overwhelming the sugar became. There was also an odd aftertaste, maybe from an artificial sweetener. It's good but certainly not my favorite.

I love cinnamon and this cereal did not disappoint. With 8 grams of protein in each serving, Cinnamon Cheerios are a great way to start the day. I enjoyed the crunch and did not “taste” the protein. (Sometime protein products can have a chalky texture or flavor, but this did not.) This was great to snack on for both on-the-go breakfasts when I’m running late (which is frequently) and as a pick-me-up with my afternoon coffee at work. This is a great quality product that provides just the right amount of fullness. I will absolutely be purchasing more protein Cheerios, especially the cinnamon flavor, for my preferred snack.
