We just got it and went through setting it up. Seems very nice with easy controls except the fan speed. I don’t see where the fan speed control is located.

One thing I think would make this better is the tone for the shake/slip is way too quiet. I was across the room and could barely hear it. If I wasn't trying to listen for it, I would not have heard it.

It is well made when compared to the others in the marketplace. I like the fact that the touchscreens are gone on this model. I like the square 8 qt. basket. I would like to have more recipes for this 450 deg. 8 qt model.

This product has a very nice quality look. The air fryer is much lower profile than our last one and looks nicer in the kitchen. The fan is nice and quiet and the viewing window is a nice feature.

This is my second Chefman air fryer.. Loved my last one and I'm sure I would like this one too.
I had to buy a new one because my old one started smelling like it was an electrical burn.
