I've been using the Infra Treatment for years and it always keeps the hair and scalp healthy and moisturized. And it smells good! too. Works great especially if you work it thru the hair for the whole 5 minutes!

The name and description are super misleading. This isn't a thermal protective treatment, it's a conditioner or hair mask. Thermal treatment indicates protection from heat (i.e. hair irons). I know about 7 people that have BURNED their hair and had to cut off the scorched ends because they thought this was heat protection. Consider renaming or at least being a little more clear in the description.

I have begun a hair regimen to bring my hair back to a strong, healthy state. The CHI Infra Shampoo not only smells great, but it deeply moisturizes my hair and leaves it strong and bouncy. My hair is constantly dry and using this weekly, along with the Infra Treatment conditioner has my hair silky, strong (with minimal shedding and breakage) and bouncy! Definitely a staple in my hair regimen from now on.

This is definitely a top 5 in my book. I find that when I don't use it I see frizzy hairs around the front. However, if I don't lather it enough I can literally feel after showering where it didn't penetrate the grease in my hair. I wash my hair daily and have to really lather this one well and let it sit on my head for a few minutes.

This conditioner has major pros and cons for me. Though I like how it smells and makes my hair shiney. After the first day, my hair looks super oily. It is one of those products I only use on special occasions because I know that it's going to work and it makes my hair look nice for less than 24 hours.

This is a wonderful product for taking down dry, frizzy hair!! Also provides lasting protection from the high heat styling tools. I use this daily as a conditioning product as well. Smells wonderful and not too pricey!

I bought that one by mistake. I love Chi Silk Infusion. My hairdresser, Katie Norton, told me about it and I love it do much. I went back and bought the 12oz. size.
