Installing the Fit360® into your vehicle is as simple as open-route-close with innovative LeverLock® seat belt installation. Open the LeverLock® door on the Fit360® base and route the seat belt using the easy-access belt guides. The car’s shoulder and lap belts follow their natural path through the guides for trouble-free belt routing. The built-in LeverLock® self-tensioning lock system offers superior stability with three points of contact for continuous use from rear-facing (4-40 lbs.) through forward-facing (26.5-65 lbs.) usage. By simply closing and latching the LeverLock® door, the vehicle belt is tightened in a way that eliminates any movement from front-to-back or side-to-side. Q: does anyone have a 2024 mazda cx-5 and does this fit?

A: I'm using this in a 2019 cx-5 and it fits fine. I think 2024 should be similar. Currently using it rear facing so there's limited space for the person sitting in the front. My wife is 5'2" and it tight up front. Hopefully when we switch to front facing is when there's more space for the front seat to slide back. The cx-5 cabin is on the smaller side
submitted bymjpaws - 6 months agoA: I sometimes use it it in a 2018 Mazda CX5 and it fits but it’s tight. The passenger seat is farther up than I would like but both my husband and I are tall (5’10” and 6’1”) We have yet to find a car seat that fits comfortably in the Mazda.

A: It says in the manual not to install with inflatable seatbelt but it does have an LATCH anchor system

The Fit360 ClearTex Rotating Convertible Car Seat does have the Latch System and can be installed using this method.

Q: Does it have a handle to remove the seat like infant bucket seats and move it easily between cars?

A: No. It can be moved between cars but there is no handle and it would be extremely difficult to do with the child in the seat. I don’t believe there is any way to move the seat with the child in it.

A: Our magnetic buckle comes right apart. And, my 10 month old can easily open it. We cannot use this car seat anymore. Would not recommend! Love everything else so very bummed to have this happen but it’s very unsafe.

A: No. The magnetic buckle easily comes apart and my 10 month old can also easily open it. It’s very unsafe. Love this seat but now we cannot use it bc the magnetic buckle does not stay securely closed.

A: The magnetic chest closure does not securely close. It breaks open very easily and my 10 month old can easily open it. Very dangerous. Love everything else about this seat. This was a major mistake made by Chicco when engineering this seat. It seems quick and easy but safety wise it makes the whole seat useless. Very disappointed. Would never recommend this seat unfortunately.

I got this, at first thought it was kinda heavy coming out of the box. After reading the directions a couple times i was finally able to get the hang of it! i was able to swivel the seat around easily. this will make getting my children out of their seat a breeze!

I bought this a few weeks ago and it has made getting from one place to another so much easier! The car seat is easy to install. It saves my back being able to turn the seat to put my toddler in instead of trying to lift him up and over. Definitely would recommend this car seat for the safety and convenience!

The lever lock system makes installation incredibly quick and secure, I was pleasantly surprised that all it took was sliding the seatbelt through and pushing the lever lock into place. The rotating feature is a total game changer, making it so much easier to get my little one in and out of the car. The design feels sturdy, safe, and well thought out. We are now into the stage of putting kids kids into car seats. For us, it was a little heavy to open at first. It took a couple of reads for me to understand the instructions on how to detach the base. But once we got it - WOW! It swivel is smooth. This is a much better option to get the baby in and out. Back in the day, you had to twist and turn and contort yourself or the baby. The swivel is very cool - It will make getting her in and out of the car very easy.
The rotating features are so comfortable and the car seat was so easy to install

Taking a newborn out of a car seat is usually quite an adventure, but this 360° car seat makes it so much easier since the baby can face you. I love that it has padding on the straps, both on the shoulders and the legs, so my baby’s skin doesn’t rub directly against the harness. I feel completely at ease driving with my baby in such a safe car seat. Plus, it adapts as my baby grows, I can rotate it forward when her weight allows it, which makes it super practical and convenient. It’s truly a game changer for everyday trips!

I love the idea of this car seat and the rotating mechanism is really nice for your own body mechanics but I am very disappointed in it's overall safety. The magnetic chest buckle STOPPED WORKING after about 10 months. I contacted Chicco and asked for a manual clip replacement which they overnighted. You install the base with the seat belt, which makes it quick and easy, but it is impossible to get really tight. You can easliy pull the seat side to side even after securring all straps to maximum tightness.
