My mother in law bought this for us and the mattress for the bassinet is stiff as a board. Is this normal. ?

Just what I needed! Worth the purchase if you ask me.

Cons: The nightlight is not very bright. Have to mount on opposite side of where the changing table goes so you cant use it to change the baby at night which is what i wanted it for. Wish the mobil rotated Much heavier than anticipated The changing table is a struggle to clip on and off; the clips do not open far enough to release so i have to pull/pry Them off Pros: Like the diaper caddy I like the 3 volume options and sounds, did not find it to be too loud

I invested so much time reviewing pack n plays, this one is perfect if quality is what you want! There are many options with bells and whistles but true quality and comfort for baby is more important to us. It has such an elegant look to it. Not cheaply made at all! It has all you need to bring baby home and do everything in one place. No bulky bassinet to store when baby grows out of it, an easy attachment changing table that's COMFORTABLE, a bassinet piece that's COMFORTABLE. Huge storage for convenient diaper changes, and even the little mobile is pretty darn cute. It is a bit bulky to store but would still be great to travel with. I can't wait to have my girl sleep in it! I do however think it's a tad bit over priced for all it is, they have another model that's $50 cheaper without the mobile. And as cute as it is, it's not worth extra money. It's just kind of boring. But like I said the quality is definitely here, it's sturdy and looks great. I know my baby will be happy(and again, comfortable) sleeping in this and mama will be happy to have all she needs in one place. Great purchase!

Everything about the playard is great. Very sturdy and safe. The only thing is that it is much heavier than portrayed, but would not give up the sturdiness for ease.

So glad I went with this product! It has all of the features you could possibly need- the changer, the bassinet, and (of course) the organizer! It's the perfect amount of space to keep all of the essentials within reach and well stocked, and so easy to transport. The fabrics are such nice quality and the whole unit has a very clean and sophisticated look. Highly recommend!

Setting up the Lullaby Zip was super fast & simple. I didn't even need to look at the manual and I had no trouble locking the side rails into place, ( something I always struggle with on other playards.) Packing up was also a breeze as each side rail has a visible lock release button. The Lullaby Zip has a very modern, sophisticated look; And it has wheels! The parent organizer attaches to any side rail & has 3 vertical compartments plus a zippered horizontal compartment. My 11 month old son loved the elephant mobile. It has a night light, lullaby songs, nature noises, & a heartbeat rhythm. The mobile arm swivels 360° & bends into multiple positions. The carrying bag is HUGE! Definitely leaves plenty of room leftover to carry a few toys or blankies while traveling. Would absolutely purchase again & recommend to a friend. Thanks Chicco!!!

As a mom of five and a licensed home daycare provider, I’ve been through lots of pack and plays and none have compared to this one! It has all of the amazing features of my favorite pack and plays - changing station, bassinet, toy bar/music, and storage. However, the absolute best feature is that you can unzip and properly wash the most important pieces without compromising the safety and integrity of the product. The Lullaby Zip Portable Playard is a must have!

Heavy, but worth it! Once again zippers are amazing and make for easy cleaning! Pretty intuitive for second time parents however we did have some questions on where to store the changing table when not in use. There was nothing in the directions on how to attach it to the side which was super frustrating. We felt like maybe we were missing some pieces that allow it to hang off the side. We had to scan the QR code to get some further instructions. The mobile is cute and I love the light added

The Lullaby Zip All-in-One Portable Playard is a very nice product. This is the second Playard we have owned. We used a Pack and Play with bassinet and changing table with our first two kiddos, so it was very easy to compare the Playards and accessories from our previous experience. The main Lullaby Zip Playard was very easy to assemble. The side rails quickly locked into place and there was no struggling with rails or the bottom legs, which wasn’t our experience with our old equipment. I also love that everything zips off to be washed. This is a wonderful feature that other playards have not had. The mattress fits the bassinet well when used in that position, which is also another plus in comparison to other playards. The bag for diapers and other items is huge and easily accessed when using the changer. I also like that the changer can detach and store on the side of the playard when not in use. Again, this feature was not available in other models we’ve used, which made the functionality of the bassinet nonexistent. The playard seems large, and the bag is almost double the size of the pack and play bag. I’m concerned that this will make it more cumbersome to travel with. I will again refer to the fact that the main playard’s assembly was a lot easier than others, which may help to offset the size. However, if space is an issue when traveling, the size may be something to consider. Lastly, the playard comes with a mobile that plays various music and sounds. The mobile is nice and has a bendable arm that can be positioned in many ways. This is a great feature. Unfortunately, the volume level is extremely loud, even in its softest setting. We had to put tape over the speaker to get the volume to a reasonable level. This is not something that should deter you from this playard, but it would be something that I hope Chicco would fix for future models. I am very pleased with this playard and look forward to using this and all its features as our baby grows.

We’re expecting our first child, so we were in search for an all-in-one playard that was easy to use. Not only does it look beautiful, but it was not complicated to put together at all! I love the modern sleek black design and the elephant mobile is adorable too. This set is great for a growing infant to toddler. My family lives in several different states, so I appreciate the ability to pack the entire playard in the given carrying case without much hassle. We can’t wait to continue using this as our child grows!

Wow let me tell you this exclusive Lullaby Zip All-in-one portable play yard is perfect for my 6 month old!! Great for changing! Can be easy put together and taken apart.

Doing research on baby gear has been so overwhelming. When it comes down what we felt we "needed," this product ended up being PERFECT, and we cannot wait to use it with our little one. First and foremost, we noticed the quality upon opening the box. The materials are both durable and soft (the mattress pad!) and incredibly aesthetically pleasing. Putting it together was a breeze, especially the play yard-- it took literally ten seconds to secure. Once the other components were set up for the first time, attaching/detaching and storing were equally as convenient. The "all-in-one" factor and portability was a huge plus for us as we love to take road trips, and plan on lots of sleepovers at the grandparents'. Specifically, this pack and play not only has a changing station, but ample storage space for diapers, wipes, creams, etc. Not to mention the bassinet attachment that makes this product functional from newborn all the way through toddler years! The many soothing sounds on the adorable mobile are also a huge plus!

This product is so sheer and durable I love it. I love the multi use and how it will grow with my baby from infant to toddler. The design matches all of my decor but I am pretty sure it will match anyone’s. Good for a boy or a girl and made ti last for sure!

Expecting a little one for the first time is very overwhelming. A lot of opinions, products, and research on what the best option for your baby is. Although our little girl isn't here quite yet, we got this pack n play in preparation for her arrival. The moment I took it out of the box I could tell how sturdy it was and knew we had made a good decision. My husband is usually the one that puts things together, but he was at work and I was WAY too excited. It took about 30 minutes to set up for the first time, but that was with me being extremely cautious in reading the directions. The pack n play and bassinet were very quick and easy to set up. The mobile and changing station took me a little longer, but I realized when I went back to the directions that I had misread. The pack n play itself is well made and the changer is very sturdy. I feel super confident as a first time mom with this product and can't wait to test it out when baby girl arrives!

This has been the best pack and play we have ever owned. It’s easy to put together, and handles well. It’s safe and easy to take the top part off as well. I would Buy this over again and look forward to continuing to use this product. Wonderful purchase and love the way it grows with my child !
