  • A: Hi Nancy. Claussen pickles should always be refrigerated. The pickles and relish are not cooked and are packed fresh. For this reason, unlike most other pickled products, they need to be stored in the refrigerator. This is also why you find them in the refrigerated section in the grocery store.

Love everything about a Claussen sandwich slice pickle! The texture snaps in your mouth! The dill is perfect and it just tastes FRESH! I love to eat them right out of the jar and love to top a sandwich with as well. The saltiness is just right! The slice size is perfect to layer on a grilled cheese or a burger! This is a perfect pickle - crunchy with just enough spice and no sour taste. Spears stay fresh and crisp in the brine without becoming soggy. Good value for the price.

The freshest and most delicious crunch you can fin

We LOVE Claussen pickles between my kids and I. We just snack on them packaged great so many of them in the jarthe somewhat sour and the Crunch is perfect the best pickle hands down a great amount they come in little spears who wouldnt want them

Only pickles my husband wants

These are the only pickles my husband wants in the house. He will go on and on for days about how they’re the best pickle with the best snap and flavor out there. I think they’re pretty good too! Nice to have with a sandwich. Can’t go wrong with Claussen pickles!

Tastes like grandma's homemade with the only drink

By far the best pickles with the closest to grandma's homemade pickles that I've ever had, the crunch is crisp and oh so satisfying and the garlic saltiness is top notch. Plus this is the one and only pickle juice that I actually want to drink

Crunchy and perfect blend of dill. Plenty in a jar. They aren't sour, just slightly dill. There is no hidden aftertaste. And the spicy flavor is just the right amount of heat.

Crunchy and Falvorful
