I was using the color, Baby buff for years! I was so disappointed that it was discontinued, please bring it back! It would stay on your lips all day, no matter what, until you took it off. This was such a natural looking lip color, you didn't need to fill it in, it was so simple and easy! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE THERE IS NOTHING LIKE THIS COLOR OUT THERE, PLEASE BRING ME BACK!!!!!

This lip liner glides on effortlessly and feels really comfortable on the lips. It gives great definition and keeps my lipstick from feathering or fading throughout the day. I also love using it on its own with a bit of gloss for a natural look.
I would purchase this liner again.

I would liked to have tried it, but it was dried out. I took it back to Ulta to swap, but they were out so I just got my money back.

I'm in my mid 70's (but often taken for my early 60's) and have been a huge Clinique fan. Sky Violet lip liner was one of my favorite products and I am very disappointed that it was discontinued. I use it as a base for my lipstick and it works great with any color I choose. If the lipstick wears off, I still have color on my lips and that makes me look good, which is important at my age. I've tried several other brands and colors, but nothing compared to Sky Violet. I hope Clinique will reconsider and bring this product back since mine is not the only request to revive this customer favorite.

As a faithful Clinique user, so disappointed another favorite color of mine has bitten the dust. I agree with another reviewer. Clinique brand for skin care from now on. Forced now to turn to other brands for makeup.

As someone who use to be a Clinique consultant years back, it's so hard to understand why the brand consistently discontinues certain tried and true colors! And without warning!! Sky Violet was the perfect color and nothing in the current lineup comes close. I've been struggling for the past few years trying all sorts of brands, and nothing is comparable. It sucks. Then I just looked to purchase Soft Rose and now that's gone too??!!! Why Clinique?? Please bring back Sky Violet, Soft Rose, and Bamboo for allll the people who love those shades and do like a "unlock the vault" launch and bring back for a period of time so we all can stock up! Do something!!!! I've written before about sky violet and no response.

Clinique discontinued their staple 'Figgy' lipliner recently, and this seems to be the replacement. This is more plum than fig colored, but it works for my fair cool skin.

I understand that changing up your product line is in an effort to keep it fresh, but it seems that you have lost touch with your customer base. When you bring out new color pallets, you need to make sure you don't get rid of the top sellers. It forces us to go find something close to what we like, abandoning Clinique, and searching out another brand like Mac or Estée Lauder. Lipliners, I used Lipblush, but have seen other's complaints on discontinued colors as well. Blushes, where did the tri-blush pallets go? Foundations are forever changing pallets, so I went away from Clinique years ago on that line. Pretty soon Clinique will only be known for Skincare. There's nothing wrong with Tried and True pallets and makeup lines.
