Safe for use in standard and HE washers, this versatile 3 in 1 formula not only removes stains* and odors*, but also brightens colors and whites. Clorox 2® for Colors Stain Remover and Laundry Additive helps freshen your clothes with a clean scent. Clorox 2® for Colors is a bleach free formula that is safe for fabrics and colors**. *With pretreat. **When used as directed.
Usage Directions:To remove stains and odor: For best results, apply directly to tough stains. Rub in and set 5–10 minutes*. Do not allow product to dry on fabric. Wash as usual with detergent and Clorox 2® for Colors. *If in doubt, test for colorfastness. For larger stains, mix 1 capful of Clorox 2® for Colors with 1 quart of water and soak for up to 60 minutes. Wash as usual with detergent and Clorox 2® for Colors. To brighten colors: Fill cap to line 1 for HE machines or to line 2 for standard machines. If machine has detergent tray, add to tray, or pour in drum directly. Wash with detergent.

Q: Is it good for sweating?

A: Thanks for asking, Andres. For the tough stain that sweating can leave on your clothes, we recommend pretreating. To do so, you'd apply our Clorox 2 Stain Remover & Color Brightener Liquid directly to the stains. Rub it in gently and set for 5 to 10 minutes. Please don't allow the product to dry on the fabric. After pretreating, you may wash as usual with the Clorox 2 and your favorite detergent. We hope this helps. We recommend our Laundry Sanitizer, which kills 99.9% of odor-causing bacteria and is color-safe. Q: For he machines, do you pour the liquid directly into the main part of the machine with the clothes or do you put it in the bleach dispenser?

It removes most fresh stains from my kids’ clothes-juice, chocolate, strawberries. Colors stay bright, and there’s no strong smell. It’s also safe for sensitive skin. Sometimes I need to wash twice for tougher stains. However, it didn’t work as well on older, set-in stains.

I’ve been using this for the last couple of weeks and it did help a bit to get the stains out. However, it did have issues with the color yellow. I recommend still soaking the stained items so it fully gets out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You can use several different ways! As a pre-treatment by spot treating on smaller stains or a soak for larger stains. You can also use alongside washing detergent to help brighten your clothes and extend the life and look of fabrics. I do wish it came in a different bottle or a different look that didn’t make it look so closely similar to other laundry detergent I have. I have mixed them up before and thought I was using laundry detergent by grabbing my Clorox 2 instead of laundry soap.

But I bought a used stroller recently and it significantly lightened some of the stains. I also used it on my light sheets recently and I could clearly tell how much brighter my clothes were. I appreciate that it’s free & clear, because I’m going to have a baby soon so it’ll be good for their skin. I also have slightly older kids and it hasn’t irritated their skin at all when using clothes washed with it. Super easy to use, effective, and inexpensive.

The scent is light and clean, not heavily fragranced like many other laundry products. The stain removing property is effective and removed food stains and dirt stains from the clothes I tested. Some of my older clothes looked dull before washing and this brightener really brought the colors back to life. The container is big and you dont need much per wash so I would say this product is great value wise. I highly reccomend it!

I was pretty excited to try it out. You get 70 loads in this bottle. When I opened the Bottle and smelled it. It has a nice scent to it. I like the thickness of the detergent. After using it on my clothes. It left my clothes looking nice. They looked brighter, cleaner and fluffy. I will buy this again in the future.
