    I have been using this product for about 4 months now and these are my thoughts. I love the applicator of this product! It is so cooling and refreshing especially in the morning or after a long day. However, I feel like the applicator is the only thing that helps with depuffing the under eyes. The product itself didn’t really do much for me? I didn’t see a difference there. I think caffeine eyepatches do more work than this product itself. However, as someone who easily gets milia, styes, and pink eye, this product did not irritate or cause any of these conditions so is very gentle! In my opinion I don’t think it’s worth the money, I think putting a spoon/face roller into the fridge and using that every morning would have the same results, but for free.

    This one's a keeper!

    This feels like a way more expensive eye cream. The cooling, metal applicator just adds to the luxurious feel of this product. I have matured skin and my under eye area tends to be an issue. There is a noticeable difference since using this. The dark circles are not as pronounced and the puffiness is nearly gone. I use the product at night so I can’t speak to how it would be under makeup. I find it very moisturizing and it doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin. Would buy this again and again for sure!

    Under Eye Heaven

    eye cream, massager, cooling effect. The amount of benefits and perks this one product has, has changed the game for me when it comes to under eye care. a soothing cream with a cold to the touch eye applier that feels so nice when rubbing the product around. I feel so relax after applying it to my eyes. In the mornings it helps my tired eyes, de puff and look less tired and at night it helps them relax and feels soothing for bed. Best of both worlds. Definitely a product I cannot recommend enough.

    Just ok. I love that it’s clean and not irritating but that’s about it. I don’t find it to be moisturizing enough, there’s been no change in darkness or puffiness under the eye and it’s horrible under makeup. I wouldn’t buy again.

    Actually firms the eye area

    This eye cream actually fills in the fine lines! When I smile, I normally show the fine lines. With this eye cream, they are barely noticeable!

    A treat for your tired, puffy eyes!

    My mom has taught me that its never too early to start your night time eye cream so this is what I tried and I was so happy with it! I use it more as self care now then anything, the cool metal tip with the soothing lightweight cream feels like such a treat at the end of a long day!

    Bad package design!

    The cream itself is fine, it didn't really do much for me except moisturize. But the applicator and packaging are not good. The metal applicator is a nice idea, but it didn't work very well, it tugged at my skin rather than spreading the product. So I just applied with my hands, that's fine. But the worst part: after a few weeks, I noticed that the plastic rod inside the cap was starting to break down. There were little splinters of plastic coming off it. I was concerned that it may have shed plastic bits inside the tube (and I don't want that near my eyes!!) so I had to throw it away. I think cocokind should redesign the applicator and cap to prevent this!!

    AMAZING for my eczema prone eyes

    I got this as part of a gift set and didn't think much of it at first, since personally I think most eye creams are just overpriced moisturizers. And I pretty much never write reviews. BUT. I swear to god this is the first winter in like 5 years where I did not have an eczema flare up on my eyelids. I actually started to flare up on one eye in the couple days before I started using it, and it WENT AWAY after using this a day or two. I was flabbergasted lol. I've been using it morning and night since and didn't have a single flare up after that. Idk what is in this that makes it different since I have tried a ton of different creams short of a prescription and none have helped like this. As far as helping fine lines go can't say I've seen much help there. But will 1000% keep buying if it means it keeps my itchy eyelids at bay!! Definitely recommend trying if you also have dry sensitive eyes!!

    Not the best for under-eye circles

    A decent hydrating eye cream, though I didn't notice a big improvement in my under-eye circles after a month of consistent use. Definitely not a bad product however, and lasted quite a long time as a little goes a long way.

    Not moisturizing! Dries out and clogs the tube!

    The cream is not particularly emollient and dries down really quickly, which is fine if all you want is a base for your makeup, but if you want moisturizer this isn’t it. Main complaint is that the applicator is worthless and worse, the product dries up and clogs the tube. What kind of eye cream is so powdery that it dries into crusty bits that clog the tube? Maybe if you have oily skin this would be fine. Hydration? Nope.
