I loved this product but PLEASE for the love of god put a seal on the box! I keep buying bottles that you nasties have sampled in-store. I hate taking the bottle out of the box in the aisle to check but I guess that’s what I have to do.

Has potential but broke me out

First of all, this cream is amazing for barrier repair but I'm giving it 2 stars because it gave me a breakout and bumps near my eyes. It has a great repairng consistency creamier than La Roche Posay Cicaplast but it started to burn on my face as well.

WOW! Favorite winter night cream!

This is thick yet whipped. Moisturizing yet hydrating. I have mature very dry and sensitive skin (rosacea and eczema) So far this is one of a handful of creams I have found I can use on nights with my retinal without having to add a bunch of hydrators and barrier serums to help with irritation. It acts as a protective layer but doesn't just sit on top of my skin rather it seems to melt into my skin while still keeping a barley noticeable layer on top. I don't notice it in the morning until I go to wash my face then I can feel it emulsifying as the silky texture slides off my face. It leaves my skin soft and nourished for the morning. I LOVE it! I used it with my heavy duty acid routine last night it did wonderful as well. You might be able to where this during the day I am not sure I have not tried as I love it for my nights atm.

This lotion is fantastic for my thirsty winter skin, but I really dislike the awkward pump. Please just put it in a squeeze tube or jar. And I second the reviewer who asked for a bigger volume!

PLEASE OFFER A LARGER BOTTLE! 🥹

I love love this moisturizer. I've gone through two of them because my fiance also likes it, and now I'm feeling it's incredibly wasteful packaging. It would be 5 stars otherwise. I don't need the push pump top feature. A plain ol' tube would make this ~chef's kiss~ I have acne prone dry skin and my fiance has dry skin. It works great for both of us and doesn't break me out.

Great Thick Balm

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this for when my skin needs a hydration pick me up. For my skin and climate where I live its a tad too thick for use during the day. I found it to bs a great overnight cream but does need about 20 minutes to 45 minutes to since in if you wear a sleep mask to bed. This has also been perfect for me in dry air environments like planes! Contains niacinamide!

I love the texture and feel of this cream on my skin - it's just the right amount of 'heavy' and feels super hydrating. Also does well on its own or under sunscreen + makeup. Did not cause breakouts or excessive oiliness either, which is rare for me. However, I noticed after using it for about a month that my face was burning and irritated every time I applied it. I began experiencing redness in areas of my face that I had never had before! I didn't realize that this contains niacinamide! This can be an irritatnt for people who have extra sensitive skin. Unfortunately have to discontinue using this but glad it's working for most and the texture feels great, so I'd still recommend if your skin can tolerate the ingredients.

Great product, bad container

I have dry, sensitive, acne prone skin, and this cream has been great for me. My one complaint is the container. I hate how thick and opaque it is because it's impossible to see or feel how much cream is left. Can we please have a larger container that uses less plastic and that shows the amount of product remaining?

Needs a seal!

This is a really nice thick, rich, smooth barrier cream that plays nicely under makeup, although a little bit burny around the eye area. However, it needs to come hygienically sealed. When I got home and opened it, there was a greasy finger swipe across the top where someone had sampled it. We all know we can’t trust the general public, why are things not coming hygienically sealed? Who knows how many people have touched this by the time I get it home.

My skin has gotten super dry as I've gotten older, especially on the forehead and, when you add winter and even more dry air, it's even worse. This is the first product that has worked to make my skin feel plump and smooth and hydrated. No more flakes or itchiness. It lasts all day, too, which is also great. I'd love this in a bigger container and also maybe just in a tube as I don't love the current one but that's a minor thing for such a great cream!
