    Wouldn't Use

    It had a funky almost mildew smell and made my face itchy. I threw it away and wouldn't use again.

    Great for my sensitive skin

    I love the cream version for under makeup, and I use the balm for evening and weekends. Especially great for sensitive eye area. Love that there is no scent at all!

    Not worth the cost

    Didn’t irritate my sensitive skin which was great but really didn’t do anything positive that I could tell for it either. It shipped to me and the product I received had an expiration date within the same month. For the cost, not seeing any real benefit and maybe some poor quality control, not worth it imo.

    Gold standard for sensitive skin

    The tolerance balm or cream are the absolutely best moisturizers that Iv ever used for my face . Nothing has ever worked to soothe or heal my skin like these before . This repairs my skin barrier without fail . I do not go without this cream ever . The best for my extremely reactive skin .

    Tolerance Control Soothing Skin Recovery Balm

    From what I read on the in the add this would be fine for the season we were going through. It was not! This lotion dried out my skin. I need to go back to my regular lotion in this line that’s my hydrating.

    It didn't burn or irritate my sensitive skin

    I honestly haven't made my mind up about this product yet. It didn't irritate my skin, so that's a plus. I have to use it more to give more feedback.

    Tolerance Balm

    This is one of the very few products I can use on my rosacea prone skin. I have no irritation from this product. The Tolerance Balm is a little bit richer for my very dry skin so I don’t have to apply as often. I can also use Cicalfate Emulsion w/o any irritation. Both great under makeup too. Love AVENE products!!!

    You absolutely must know your own skin sensitivities. You must also know your skin allergies. All which brings us here, to the wonderful brand of Avene. Avene offers wonderful soothing, protective, sheer or rich topical skin solutions. If your skin reacts, to an ingredient, don’t target Avene. I love they offer hypersensitivity products. Where else can I, would I shop with trust. Know your skin 1st. I trust Avene and I am a faithful customer, Ps, did you know they guarantee their products are Sterile?     Amazing for hypersensitive/irritated skin

    My skin around my nose & mouth was so irritated that I wanted to rip my skin off! I bought this one night and put it on before bed. When I woke up the next morning, my skin was pretty much healed. Truly a life saver.

    I do recommend it

    I have purchased this balm several times and I like it over several other moisturizers from other brands. I just wish it was a bit richer since it called a balm. But the consistency is like a moisturizer than a balm.
