The very strong fragrance gave me an itchy allergic reaction, which has never happened to me before. Otherwise a nice product so it’s a shame that they couldn’t formulate it without the fragrance.

Love the formula but fragrance is too STRONG. Overwhelming!! It lingers too. I’m not sensitive to fragrance but even for me, it’s too much. Avene needs to make this product in scent free version. Wanted to love but couldn’t :(

Great gel to provide hydration. Lightweight, not sticky and absorbs well into skin. On hot summer nights I just apply the Aqua-Gel, when I need an additional boost, I will use the Aqua-Gel then apply moisturizer. I have normal to dry skin, 46 years old.

I bought this about a month ago as the final step in conjunction with the retro al products that I use. I felt that I needed a little more added moisture after such a long dry winter. I absolutely love the product. I don’t understand all the comments about a strong scent. I don’t even notice it. I have had two unsolicited comments recently on how my skin looks, including an old friend from high school who couldn’t get over it and said my skin looks beautiful. I’m 66.
