I want to give a heads up that this 64oz liquid creamer is very watery. It is nothing like the concentrated/syrup like liquid creamer that they sell with the pump in a 50.7 oz size. This creamer doesn't give a Hazelnut taste and it does not cream your coffee.
Used to love now feel like I'm being ripped off

My entire family uses this creamer exclusively. We don't buy coffee from a shop we make it at home daily. The price continues to creep higher, fine. I will accept it. But now you take away the pour-tops

I can no longer consume it due to allergies but my parents use it and several other flavors, it is sweet but stirs easily and doesn't have a weird consistency or anything. Smells great, but also has artificial sweeteners in the sugar free and too much sugar in the regular for me to consume it myself.

i love your regular hazelnut creamer, we have had it in our morning coffee now for close to 25+ years and would only recommend the red top goes! it pops off and you have a tendency to almost drop the big 64 oz bottle! we go through a big one a week and couldn't be without it! just wish there was a more natural flavouring than an artificial one, for health reasons; i can live with the fructose as i am allergic to artificial sweetners. all in all, your creamers are the bomb! thanks!

The consistency of this creamer is MUCH thicker than it has been in the previous pitchers we've bought. Now, whenever we pour this creamer into any mug of coffee, the creamer sinks straight to the BOTTOM of the mug. It doesn't matter if I stir while I pour, I still can't get an even distribution. The result? The majority of sips I take of my coffee don't taste sweetened AT ALL! Then, once I get to the bottom of my mug, all of that coffee is so sickeningly sweet. At the end, I feel like I just drank 5 tablespoons of nothing but sweetened condensed milk. I should have known something had changed when I was adding the same amount I had in the past and my coffee still wasn't changing much in color the way it had before. It's truly disappointing how a once favorite fridge staple has now become unrecognizable.

Why did you change the hazelnut 64oz bottle to a round one with no neck. When buying you grab the bottle and the cap goes flying and you drop the bottle. And while using it's very difficult to grab the bottle when it doesn't have any neck. Very difficult especially for people like me with arthritis. Time to go back to 1/2 and 1/2.

Hazelnut flavor creamer is my favorite. I use it with my coffee every time. My boyfriend picked up a bottle a couple of days ago so I can take some for our trip. I noticed the lid changed. The old bottle and the new one don't fit into each other. That was not a surprise because companies change their packaging all the time. I made coffee yesterday and I noticed it tasted nothing like the hazelnut flavor creamer I was used to. I kept asking my boyfriend if he bought the same flavor and he swears he did. I don't remember seeing another flavor on the new bottle but just to make sure he didn't make mistake. Today I tried a different brand of coffee just to see if it was the coffee that messed up the flavor but same thing, no hazelnut flavor! Please change your recipe back to old recipe if in fact you have change your recipe or use a different vendor for your hazel nut flavoring.

I have been using the hazelnut sugar free creamer for years without any problem. Last week, I purchased a bottle, tried it in my morning cup of coffee. It was disgusting. The flavor was absolutely horrible! I went back and noticed you've also changed the name to Zero Sugar, like the cola brands. I have to believe you've changed your recipe because I had to throw it away. It was just awful. I can't take a chance and purchase your product again.

Love the Hazelnut Coffeemate and have used it for MANY years... but the new rounded 64oz. bottle is AWFUL! Please return to the four-sided bottle, which is easier to grip and the red cap doesn't 'pop off'. :/ yep, that was NOT a good idea.
