Happily used this creamer for a good part of 20 years. Now that artificial sweetener has been added I will NOT purchase again. Your focus groups must have broken palates. And Nestle’s excuse of using sucralose to aid in “ensuring product availability” is really flimsy.

This is the only coffee creamer my husband and I drink. This morning I found the second piece of plastic in my coffee. The first time, which was several months ago, it was a small white piece of plastic. I thought maybe it had been in my cup for whatever reason. This morning, I found a perfect ring of white plastic in my coffee. It was almost down my throat when I coughed it back up!! Choke hazard!

Ever since this sweet Italian cream came out on the market. I have been a huge fan. I told all my friends about it. I got them hooked and now what happened... for whatever reason you have changed the flavor and it's disgusting

This ruined my morning coffee. I dumped it out when i got to work. I only bought this creamer bc Target didn't have international delight in the big size & theyre usually interchangable, but i guess not amymore ! Why does it have both sugar and sucralose in it??? I compared it to the empty bottle of international delight creamer, & they're basically the same thing, except this one has sucralose & acesulfame K in it, which give it that HORRIBLE chemical taste & aftertaste that doesn't go away. I am a chemist & my mom is a chef so I feel like i know what im talking about. What a betrayal to ruin the non sugar-free version.

If you’re expecting this to taste like a Thai Iced Coffee—don’t bother. It tastes like nothing, literally. Similar to their sweet cream flavor but more bland, nothing distinct.
