It is very effective in cleaning of the gums and teeth
Amazing handle and effective cleaning with the medium bristled feeling of the brush. It reaches the deeper parts of your enamel to give that fresh feeling and cleanse any bacteria or food residue that might be left in the corners of your mouth and gum. Love and would definitely use!

I just want access to Firm brushes more often.
I tend to buy these Toothbrushes monthly but I've noticed the last 3 months there's been no firm Toothbrushes and they're usually in such terrible storage condition it's hard to find the Firm brushes which are super needed!

So I got this and soft as it says, however, upon the first use and also the second it feels kind of firm to me, so I hope it softens up. Other than that, it seems pretty good I guess.

"Soft" Stiff Spikey PLASTIC Bristles
Bristles have changed; stiff plastic and less in count. "Soft" is STIFF plastic spikes. Used to be my favorite affordable brush that I'd replace once a month. Now it's obviously just plastic junk.

Not Soft at all
The toothbrush says soft but its hard when using it. Quality Control must have skipped the toothbrush I bought because it was poorly made and had a piece of plastic sticking out which pinched my gum. I’ll attach pictures and you draw your own conclusions. I’ll probably buy a different kind of toothbrush from now on.
