Q: Extra strength or conditioning which one color opps will work on red color remover
A: They will both work on red hair color as long as the color is oxidative, meaning the color was mixed with developer.

Q: I've colored my hair and instead of my target color I wanted ( ginger/copper) it turned deep purple/color. Help...how do I fix this . Without going bald?
A: You can use Color oops as long as the color you applied is oxidative, meaning it was mixed with a developer. Color Oops is the most gentle way to remove oxidative color.

Q: Can I dye my hair after using the colour oops can I dye my hair to the colour I want right after I use the colour oops
A: You can color your hair after Color Oops. If coloring right after you have to make sure Color Oops is completely washed out. If not the hair will re-darken.
