A: Not sure but the photos of the box say that there is a polyester and polyethylene veil on the tampon. If you're looking for a fully 100% cotton product, this isn't it.

These hurrrrt! Immediately no, do not buy! Applicator does not let go of the tampon, so you’re forced to use your finger. Plastic is sharp around the edges. You can feel the shape of the tampon even after full insertion.

I was hoping I'd like these ones. after having kids I started having reactions to other brands I had been using for over 10 years. I use Cora pads and liners and love them so I thought I'd like these too but they're awful. I bleed through them, they expel themselves, the applicator seems a smidge too short, AND regardless of absorbency they are super uncomfortable to insert. I bought the light, regular, and super variety pack and all three absorbencies gave me problems. I don't think I'll be repurchasing these again.

Why is it so hard to find nontoxic tampons?? I’m trying so hard to like this brand but they’re so uncomfortable! The applicator pinches me all the time. They always go in incorrectly and sideways and hurt so bad pulling them out. I have had ones in the past not be so bad but this last box was awful and felt like I was ripping out my insides! Why can’t playtext sport shape be nontoxic. Won’t be repurchase Cora.

Maybe I’ve been spoiled in the past but these applicators are trash. It shouldn’t take two hands to insert. It also didn’t expand like I’m used to. My body actually expelled it when it had enough. Won’t be buying again.

Don’t buy it. I thought I got an organic clean cotton tampons but this is legitimately trash. The applicator is not long enough and it leaks everywhere. Do not waste your money

Tampon applicator was very difficult to use and I kept losing my grip and pinching myself!!!!! Not to metion i used a super for day 2 and there was so muvh leaking I was not prepared for and was gravely disappointed especially given the extra cost for being cotton. I guess i need to go back to tampax :(

The applicator is very uncomfortable. The tampon does not conform to women’s anatomy which causes leakage. I will definitely not buy these again.

I see a lot of reviews covering how odd the applicator is, I did end up wasting one tampon when I first got them because the applicator mechanism can be weird if you pull the bottom out too far. I eventually adjusted to it though What I can stand is the leaking!! Every time I put in a new one, there is an immediate leak (and yes I am using the correct “size” depending on my flow) I cannot begin to describe how uncomfortable that feels, will not purchase again and do not recommend

Sorry to hear the applicator gave you trouble. Be sure to extend it until it clicks so it’s fully set before use. These are the worst tampons I've ever used. The applicator does not push in smoothly AT ALL. If you're plus sized or have mobility issues, don't even try them. Half of them get thrown away because the applicator didn't depress correctly so the tampon is only half inserted if that much.

These are absolutely terrible!!! Was looking for a clean option so I tried these. The applicators are absolutely terrible to use. The worst part, these LEAK! Odor control was terrible too. I cannot believe how terrible these are.

I bought these because I love Cora pads and that they use organic cotton but the applicators are horrible. They don't snap into place, they are flimsy and they do not push the tampon in far enough. I would never buy these again and definitely do not recommend.

Backwards inside applicator

They keep putting the tampon backwards inside the applicator, so you end up inserting the string inside you and imagine what's it's like to remove it. I've been using this brand for 6 months and loved it until now. Not sure what's happening with QC on their end but this is absurd!
