A: Not sure but the photos of the box say that there is a polyester and polyethylene veil on the tampon. If you're looking for a fully 100% cotton product, this isn't it.

The applicator is very uncomfortable. The tampon does not conform to women’s anatomy which causes leakage. I will definitely not buy these again.

I see a lot of reviews covering how odd the applicator is, I did end up wasting one tampon when I first got them because the applicator mechanism can be weird if you pull the bottom out too far. I eventually adjusted to it though What I can stand is the leaking!! Every time I put in a new one, there is an immediate leak (and yes I am using the correct “size” depending on my flow) I cannot begin to describe how uncomfortable that feels, will not purchase again and do not recommend

Sorry to hear the applicator gave you trouble. Be sure to extend it until it clicks so it’s fully set before use. When inserting, press the inner tube all the way into the outer tube until the bottoms touch to ensure the tampon fully releases. This quick video shows how it works: http://bit.ly/coracompactapp.

These are the worst tampons I've ever used. The applicator does not push in smoothly AT ALL. If you're plus sized or have mobility issues, don't even try them. Half of them get thrown away because the applicator didn't depress correctly so the tampon is only half inserted if that much.

These are absolutely terrible!!! Was looking for a clean option so I tried these. The applicators are absolutely terrible to use. The worst part, these LEAK! Odor control was terrible too. I cannot believe how terrible these are.

I bought these because I love Cora pads and that they use organic cotton but the applicators are horrible. They don't snap into place, they are flimsy and they do not push the tampon in far enough. I would never buy these again and definitely do not recommend.

Backwards inside applicator

They keep putting the tampon backwards inside the applicator, so you end up inserting the string inside you and imagine what's it's like to remove it. I've been using this brand for 6 months and loved it until now. Not sure what's happening with QC on their end but this is absurd!

So disappointed. I bought a big box because I saw these were well reviewed "clean" tampons. But the applicators are junk. These are short and fat, and the applicators just don't push them high enough so they're useless. What junk. Don't understand how people are using them.

I have to say these are probably some of the worst tampons I’ve ever used, I wanted to like them so bad because of the organic cotton, but they’re just so bad. First the applicator is terrible, the mechanism to push the tampon out of the applicator is flimsy and bends, and sometimes comes off all together. The tampon itself never goes all the way in despite trying to maneuver it (I don’t have this problem with other brands) and the most bizarre of all: somehow three times now the tampon has turned upside down??? I’ve got to remove it and had to grip what I thought was the bottom and was what is supposed to be the “top” of the tampon because the string is nowhere to be found, and the string is inside! Very strange. Will not be re-purchasing

The locking mechanism that makes the applicator functional is so weak and flimsy it doesn’t even work. Trying to grip around it to re-lock it results in pinched sensitive bits. The bottom of the tampon is still stuck inside the applicator even when fully pushed in, meaning when you go to slide the applicator out the entire tampon comes with it. I had to physically pull the tampon out and insert it myself with my fingers because I didn’t have backup tampons. I would never recommend these to anyone.

Hi there, sorry to hear you have having trouble with our compact applicators. Please make sure you are extending the applicator until you hear a "click." Then you will know that the applicator is ready. We have a video here that illustrates how to use it: http://bit.ly/coracompactapp Also, if you are having issues with the tampons fully expelling, make sure that you are pushing the inner tube all the way up into the outer tube until the bottom of both tubes are touching. They’re really comfortable, I barely notice they’re there. I love that they’re organic cotton, no weird chemicals or fragrances. Plus, the packaging is cute and super discreet, which is a nice touch. The mix of regular and super is actually perfect for getting through the different flow days without having to buy two separate boxes. Definitely keeping these in my rotation.
