I had a small food processor, but it took me several times to process food for a family. I was looking for a large capacity food processor, and this one works very well. The blade is good to make the vegetables into small pieces in a short time. Very easy to assemble and clean. Great product, and would recommend.

I got this blender at a time when our current one started leaking. Our current one was glass and this was plastic so I was hesitant at first if it will compare to the same standard. But what I liked about it was that it saved space in my kitchen and the plastic was just as good as the glass, just not as heavy. The speed works as my previous one did and I'm able to make my salsa and smoothies without any issues. I am looking forward to making some peanut butter at home using the food processor part too - a note to anyone else trying this to make sure to read the manual for how many maximum cups of nuts can be put in at one time! Each processor has its own limits! Also a trick to clean is to put liquid dish soap in it and blend quickly right after using so that whatever you blended can be removed from the sides. Plastic tends to stain easily so just take care of it !

The blender unit is not powerful compared to my 10 year old blender. After cleaning, I could not get the blender to seal and leaked when using. I did not use the food processor portion until later and can not get all the components to fit - totally useless purchase.

This blender is made with cheap plastic that would easily melt when in use and did not want to take that chance. Opening the blender is next to impossible. I tried opening it to clean before use but couldn't. So, the product was never used. Returning it.
