I haven't used this product yet due to the piece that goes in the window for the vent is cracked along the bottom and then the insulation for the item was not included in the package.

We bought the Costway 10,000 for our Living Room/kitchen/dining area and it did amazing…it did so well we bought the Costway 12,000 to replace the unit in the living room and moved the living room unit to the back of the house. When I tell you these units COOL DOWN your house…I MEAN it and it's quiet…doesn't sound like a jet engine. We are in South Louisiana with temps ranging from 105-107 and 120 on the heat index with the humidity. Our AC unit for the house is struggling and our electric bill is astronomical. These 2 units are keeping our house cooler than our AC. I'll be buying smaller Costway units for bedrooms and for our camper. You cannot go wrong with this brand. I highly recommend it.

This portable air conditioner is convenient and moveable anywhere in my house. I bought the 12000 BTU version. It has a strong wind blowing fan, and can be used to cool down the room temperature very quickly. It also comes with the dehumidifying feature, so I don't need to separately purchase a dehumidifier. Easy to install. Overall, it is worth this price.

This portable air conditioner is perfect for my daughter's room. So, my daughter won't be sleep in our room this summer! This portable air conditioner is the same as regular conditioner but just that you don't need to stick on the window, you could move it around easily. This portable air conditioner have 3 mode, which are cool, dry and fan. I tried to turn it on 70 degree for an hour and see if it's cool enough. Luckily, it cool up so fast. The size is perfectly. Highly recommended if you need an AC for summer!

I tried to turn it on, and it soon got cool and ready to use in summer. This is convenient for me to use it when I move, and the remote control is very convenient and can be used in a large space.

I love this portable unit. This looks pretty cool and does its job. I am living in a 2600 sqft house and have 4 rooms. I am living in south California. The electric bill is over $400 in the last summer for using the central AC...Then I am thinking to buy a portable AC in my room to save some money..I know the AC will be out of stock when summer comes so I decide to buy it earlier..Well this one is more powerful than I thought, cool enough, and wind pretty strong..It comes with a remote and also a console on the machine to adjust the wind and temp. The noise is acceptable to me. I will try this a few more days and maybe buy one more for another room. Yay!

It doubles as a dehumidifier for certain areas of the house without having to buy a dehumidifier. It contains wheels so my grandma can just push and move it to different parts of the house like the kitchen or bedroom. The fact that I can always pull out the filter and clean them and or remove the water from the dehumidifier by setting up the tube is much more hassel free for the elderly. No climbing out or staying in one room only just because the ac isn't cold enough or when we need to clean it up. It simple to operate and also simple to "fix" than an ac unit having to spend hundreds to fix an already broken unit when I can spend my money on more important appliances.

Simple installation, fast refrigeration, wind speed choice mode. I use it in the living room. Both the dining room and the living room are sufficiently cooled and the sound of the machine is within my acceptable range. There are wheels under the machine for easy movement.

The 3 in 1 feature (dry, fan, and cool down) is really what I am looking for in a portable ac unit. The package is very heavy but once you took the ac unit out, it came with four wheels at the bottom where you basically can roll it around the house. It's quiet so it is perfect for bedroom or office. Recommend.

I need an air conditioner for my kitchen, and this one works well. It connects to the window to eject the hot air, which is quite efficient. The sound is quite enough for kitchen use, and I think it can also work inside the bedroom. The price of this unit is quite affordable compared to other air conditioners.
