Ice Packs Bulge and Leak
Unit works well to cool the living room, but the after less than a week of operation, one of the ice packs started leaking. The ice packs bulge when frozen probably because the gel is filled up higher than the max level shown on them. Throwing away the other three and will get other ice packs to use that are higher quality.

Horribly Disapointing
Ii was really hopeful when I purchased this. It was even delivered early. I gave it a whole day to see if it would perform halfway as good as some of these reviews said it would and I completely disappointed me. It doesn’t produce air any cooler than my regular tower fan with or without the ice blocks. It’s basically an over priced tower fan nothing more. It looks nice though but that’s it.

Keeping cool!
We purchased this fan for my daughters dorm room. The rooms do not have ac as it's New York so the upper floor dorms are very hot on the beginning of the year! She said This fan made a huge difference as if it was an AC but one she was allowed to have as it was just keeping cold due to ice and ice packs! She has her own freezer in her dorm so keeping packs cold was easy! It can be controlled from the unit itself or from across the room with the remote. Easy to tote around with built in handle . And she said she can barely hear it at night time.

Quiet fan, compact design

Not what I'd hoped for
When I first used it with the water in the tank, I was happy with it. It was very quiet and did make a nice breeze, especially with the ice block. I drained out the excess water because I wasn’t planning to use it for a while, and didn’t want stagnant water in it. The next time I used it with the water again, it had become very noisy.. like it was sucking air through the tubing.. so I can use it only as a regular fan now, because the noise is very irritating. So bottom line it’s not what I was hoping for, just another basic tower fan. I’m very glad I got it on a good sale, because if I’d paid full price for it I’d be very upset.

A good, over-priced fan
It’s a solid, over-priced fan. I am not convinced it provides any cooling whatsoever, even using the frozen inserts and replacing regularly. I purchased based on the reviews, which I now realize aren’t actual Target purchases. Brass tacks review — the fan: 3.5 stars (docked for cost) and for cooling: 1 star.

Broke after a month
We liked the fan. Didn't do a ton a cooling but definitely helped circulate air. Unfortunately, it just randomly stopped working a month after we got it. We contacted the company directly and sent them a video showing that it wasn't working. They offered us either up to $70 to get it fixed locally or a full refund. We opted for the full refund and they said it should be pending in our account in no more than 2 days and that we didn't need to send back the fan. Not sure if we just got a dud or if that's the norm with them, but we were highly impressed and very pleased with how fast they handled the situation.

It's easy to put together
I love this fan. It's bigger then I was expecting, I have never bought a tower fan before. It is very quiet when on. It rotates back and fourth. It has a remote and yes the battery came with it. Not very heavy so moving from room to room was easy.
