A: It has manual drainage and continuous drainage. If you use the automatic drainage, you can install the drain pipe and it will drain water automatically. If you use the manual drainage, the machine will remind you when it needs to drain water and you can unplug the rubber at the bottom of the machine to drain water.

I bought this at the end of the summer in 2022, so I used it for only a couple of weeks, used it all summer last year, and it broke immediately this summer. For over $300 this is absolutely not worth your money. I am very hot in my apartment and very upset, as is my dog.

This unit is a pain. First, the tubing to vent out the window is an eyesore. The unit itself is large and trying to find a good location for it and the tubing is next to impossible. It does cool my room but it's so loud. Even in sleep/quiet mode it's pretty loud. Maybe if it were in a larger room the noise wouldn't be so noticeable. When I used the dehumidifier mode, the reservoir filled very quickly and the supplied hose doesn't fit the drain holes. Finally, the window attachment is too long for my windows. This machine need a redesign.

Getting the vent piece that fits into the back and feeds air outside to stay connected to the unit is IMPOSSIBLE. It does not stay connected, rendering the machine useless The AC unit fills up with water so fast that it doesn't even get to cool the room before shutting itself off because it is "full". Manually draining the involves disconnecting the tube, which is impossible to re-connect. It has insofar been ineffective to cool down our very small living room, as stated above, before shutting itself off. A vicious feedback loop of frustration all while still baking in an intensely hot room that the unit failed to cool down even one degree. DON'T BUY.

The unit is a nice size, however it is VERY disappointing that the grill in the front is blocked. Only HALF of the vent is open, limiting the air flow. I had an AC similar and it was able to cool most of my apartment. I do need to buy another unit just to cool my home. Other than that, the air flow is pretty powerful for the little space it has to flow out of. I enjoy being able to set a timer and the design is pretty nice.

We were thrilled with the product's performance on the first day, exceeding our expectations. However, our excitement was short-lived. Despite trying various troubleshooting methods, including emptying the water, checking the tube placement, and ensuring a flat surface, the device refused to start on the second day. The device made a disconcerting sparkling, gurgling noise, which was alarming. We faced additional challenges, including: - Inaccurate fit of the hose for draining water - No water drainer bucket or saucer included - Heavy weight - Noticeable noise during sleep mode (though quiet) Given the excessive heat and humidity, we decided to return the product due to the hassle. Despite our initial love for it, the issues outweighed the benefits. I give this product 3 stars, hoping that the manufacturer addresses these concerns in future designs. *Additional Note* My cats were also disturbed by the device's sound, which might be a consideration for pet owners.

This is the loudest, most rattling air conditioner I've ever owned (and I've owned some cheap ones). Installation was fine; it doesn't fit ALL window widths it claims in the description unless you have the tools to cut one of the plastic components. Definitely disappointed

The dehumidifier fills up after an hour. There is no drawer to empty the dehumidifier and no way to place something underneath it to drain into. The hose is useless. There is no way to clean the dehumidifier bin. In order to drain you have to lift the giant unit onto a bench to drain into a bucket. sorry, but I had to return which was a huge hassle because it's so large.

i bought this for my room since it gets so hot, and it took forever to assemble! then, the window panel is too small for my window, and no matter what I did to fix it, the AC would still shut off after 30 seconds. i tried everything, and I can't even return it now. Do not buy this.

Impossible to assemble and it’s so hot out. The tube will not connect to the other parts. It’s also a massive unit and takes up as much space as an office chair. You need the tube to use the air conditioner otherwise it’s blowing hot air so needs to be near a window and is a total nightmare. It’s too heavy to return. Do not buy this!!

I have had this unit for a while. It works perfectly. I have many equipments and tables in my office, so the room usually warmer than normal. The unit is able to blow strong wind and cool the office quickly. I am able to fit in under my tables, so less room occupied. Very easy to setup and operate.
