So cute!! My daughter had a heck of a time putting this together the instructions weren't the best!! But it is really cute! Perfect for corner in bedroom. At first it looked like a little kids activity center but then the legs went on.!!

Overall good, but toy should know: 1. Assembly instructions could be better, because they don\'t necessarily account for gravity and may be difficult to assemble (ie. The bottom shelf near feet). 2. The top piece does not attach to desk, but sits on top, and should be screwed to the wall. I was not really a fan of that.

Hutch is NOT attached!
Bad design. The upper set of shelves (what they call the "hutch") is *NOT* attached to the desk. It just sits on top. There are two holes where you can screw it to the wall. But EVERY home I've ever been in has baseboard molding, and the back legs are flush with the desk. So if you don't attach it to the wall, the shelf can easily shift backwards and come crashing down like a guillotine. If you trust the 2 screws to hold up the shelves, the shelf 'legs' just dangle awkwardly behind the desk, against the wall. To make it useable I screwed in some metal brackets to secure the shelves.

Worst assembly ever
The desk is cute and perfect for a small-sized office if you are trying to save on space, however, putting it together was a nightmare. The first third of the assembly went smoothly and then it was horrible from there. The instructions are not clear and the holes for the screws are either do not exist where they were supposed to be, do not align, or are too small. Luckily, I had a drill to fix this problem. It took four hours to assemble because of all the setbacks though. I also have observed the paint is easy to scratch. The desk seems durable enough, but the shelving does not connect to the desk. You definitely want to secure it to the wall to keep it from falling if the desk gets a good shake.

This desk is everything I have been searching for! I needed a desk but didn't want something that was going to stick out and take up a lot of space in the zoom and this did the job! It did take a little work to put together and some of the whole premade were slightly off but nothing I couldn't fix myself. Great quality, super cute and fits perfectly!

Love that my child was able to keep a desk,this was great solution when only other was to move desk to other area or sell.Looks amazing.Assembly was fairly uncomplicated but would not say easy.Hutch is wonderful addition for storage.

Perfect Fit for the space
I was able to assemble in about an hour. You may need some help when you get to the stage of putting the individually assembled pieces together that forms the lower desk. In my younger days I could have probably done it alone. My iMac 27\" fit perfectly on the desktop. Good value and it looks good. Nothing broke while I was assembling which is what some reviews said so I don\'t know why they would have said that. Anyway the hutch on top is separate from the desktop but once its sitting on top of the desk and attached to the wall with the drywall anchors and screws provided, its very sturdy. I am happy with the purchase overall and solved a downsizing problem for us. My only caveat, is I wish they would have thought to cut a hole in the back corner of the desk for cables and power cord, but no biggie, I can do that myself. BTW anybody else think Amazon should give discounts for customers who take the time write reviews?

It came quick. One of the massive side pieces inside was damaged. Like a deterioration of the paint. Costway packed it this way. I chatted but Target 1st level can’t help bec it’s Target Plus. First mistake, do not buy from 3rd party sellers on Target. I finally get to the dept that handles this over the phone the next day. Pointless. I can’t Tetris’s level repack everything bec it was packed just so. And it’s too heavy to take back by myself. So I have to either make multiple trips with the pieces to my target store, waiting in the customer service line every time or wait “14 business days” for the replacement piece. Meanwhile it’s a huge mess in my living room. They said Costway direct couldn’t help me. That was a lie, Brenda (who also laughed at me on the phone. Very professional). I’m still waiting for Costway to email me back but what a nightmare. Please do not buy anything from a third party seller on target and do not buy from Costway anywhere. Desk for my kid turned in to a nightmare with multiple calls, chats and still ZERO resolution.
