A: The heating element inside the dishwasher is used to heat water up and not used to dry dishes.

Doesn't work. I have tried running multiple cycles following the troubleshooting guide and it still is garbage. Doesn't use the detergent in the dispenser, still all caked up even after reducing to a miniscule amount. Doesn't get any of the gunk off the dishes even in high wash mode. 2 hours per cycle. Troubleshooting guide says if it's not working to wash them by hand first, then put them in the dishwasher , , , ok , so I am back to washing dishes by hand.
