Q: Are the individual packed 100cts...so 3 bags in a bag? Or 300 loose in 1 bag?

A: Hi Jina, The 300 cotton rounds are 3 individual bags containing 100 cotton rounds per bag. Also, I've read complaints/issues about both 100-count cotton rounds and the 300-count ones.

A: Hello - Thank you so much for your interest in the Nail Polish and Makeup Remover Pads! The Premium rounds are dual-sided. One side is a smooth layer of spunlace which is a thin layer of 100% cotton that delivers added strength and eliminates lint. The other side is a soft embossed layer of cotton that is more gentle. They do a good job at absorbing my toner and applying it evenly on my face. They do a good job at helping remove nail polish with polish remover. I have been usng the up & up brand of cottong rounds for over a decade. I use them with micellar water after washing my face. I also use them for removing nail polish however the rounds will sometimes leave lint hairs as they do fall off the pad. I don't recomend using these if you are trying to apply lashes and need to wipe your brush since the lint will stick to anything like lash glue. My entire family has these stocked in their bathrooms as well.

Scratchy, rough and leaves cotton fluff
Poor quality, cotton everywhere, rough, thin, scratchy. I previously bought cotton rounds from target and loved them! So idk what happened but these are terrible. They leave cotton fluff everywhere and are actively rough even when soaked with toner! My regret is now I have 3 packs of these rounds to use up. These might work okay for nails but even then it leaves so much cotton fluff.

I purchased them for the value and expecting better quality. After using several cotton rounds, I found some had sharp materials in it. I am not sure what it is but it is so disappointing since my intention is to use them on my eyes and face one of the most sensitive areas. Unexpectedly I did scratch my face and eyelid. Do not recommend.
