The finish is pretty matte and I found that if my lips were the least bit dry it would cling to the dry parts. It goes on lightly but the color can be built up. The packaging is what you’d expect for drugstore lipstick. Overall, this is a fairly basic matte lipstick that feels good on your lips while it lasts. It’s nothing I would repurchase as I feel I have other matte options that don’t accentuate dry patches as much and last much longer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Covergirl Clean Fresh Yummy Blur Lipstick in shade Pear-fectly is a soft pink nude matte lipstick that glides on silky and feels pillowy on the lips. It is not a long-lasting lip product, so reapplication is needed frequently, but the blurring effect smooths out lip lines and adds pigment in one layer. It can also be applied on the center of lips and blended with a finger to give an ombré effect. I love the shade, and the feel, and want to try a few other colors. It’s not my absolute favorite lip product but it’s one I will continue to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A lip balm that applies like a lip balm but turns matte??? Yes that’s what this lipstick does. It glides so smooth like a butter but has a 100% matte finish. Has decent coverage just like I like makes my lips look colored but not heavy. Unlike other matte products it does not crack or dry at all! And the price? Everyone needs one.

What I love about this lipstick is it doesn't take more than 1 or 2 swipes to provide full, even coverage. The color is subtle for my lip tone, so it's not overpowering. It provides a tiny bit of shine even though it's supposed to be a matte finish, but I do like the shine to it. It leaves my lips feeling so soft that I could wear this all day and be satisfied. It glides smoothly across my lips and doesn't stick. It's definitely a must-have in your purse at all times.

I was wrong and find myself using this throughout the week to add some color. Buttery soft and smooth and so much pigment! A little goes a long way. Ever since Rhode and rare beauty came out with their blushes, I’ve been using those to add a touch of color to my lips and then just adding aquaphor on top. I find that this cover girl product works in the same way but a little softer to apply. The only downside is it doesn’t stain the lips like the Rare Beauty blush.

I loved that it wasn’t drying my lips out. The size of the tube was perfect to throw into a small purse or even in your pocket when out. I can’t wait to try out some of the other colors and other products in the Yummy collection.

I love that it is clean but makes my lips look plush. It is shown in the color Hunny Blur which has a nice pigmentation with buildable color. It is smoother than some higher-end blurred lipsticks. Oh and the scent is refreshing!

I would describe it as whipped blur when on lips. It definitely has a slippery feel. I don’t love the strong scent so that’s where I find myself not reaching for this. The packaging is cute and simple. I think if you have no afflictions with strong smells then you would like this.

The packaging is nice and easy to manage, it applies well and lasts a decent amount of time. The color is gorgeous and because the formula is so nice I’d like to try other colors.
