[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great alternative to regular paint that can get messy fairly quickly. The vibrant colors are perfect for toddler art. The only negative is that it's hard for my toddler to squeeze even with both hands.
Great idea, needs better execution on reusability.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids enjoyed this whipped paint kit. It was fun and messy. However, it’s easy to clean and is fun for toddlers and early school aged children. However, my main complaint of the product is how quickly it’s used up and there is not instructions to keep making new whipped paint to use it. Once it’s used up, which can be pretty quickly, it’s done. It can very easily be a one time use product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Crayola Whipped Paint Kit was a perfect activity for a rainy afternoon with the kids. They were especially excited about the texture of the paint, which added a fun and tactile element to their projects. Mixing colors became a creative learning experience, as they discovered new shades and enjoyed experimenting with combinations. Overall, the kit provided an engaging and educational way to spend time indoors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 6-year-old and my 3-year-old were fascinated by this whipped paint kit. Even my 3-year-old, who is not very motivated to color, completed an entire sheet with this fun activity. Before we got started, I was worried that the tubes were going to be too hard for them to squeeze, especially my younger daughter. However, this turned out to be no worry at all. Both kids were independent with the activity and had a lot of fun switching the tips to make different patterns of paint. I liked the variation of regular pages with the cutouts. I wish there had been more cutouts, since we used half of them in one activity (only four of them in the package). There are three types of tips, but multiple of each kind. We had no issues with sharing or not having enough tips, even though I had two kids using one kit. It was also a relatively mess-free activity. My kids are pretty neat with art, so we only needed a plastic placemat, paper plate for putting the materials on and a piece of scrap paper to use for testing out the paint. There was a good amount of paint provided. I think it will be enough for two or three more projects for both kids. I think next time I will suggest that they color in some of the elements with marker before we do the paint, since only five colors are provided and we needed brown for the ice cream cone etc. Clean up was easy, just rinsed the caps out. The paint dried pretty quickly. We did this mid-morning and it was dry before lunch. Once the paint was dry, I punched out the cut-outs but the paint weighed down the paper, so the standing cut-outs, like the cake, are too top heavy to stay upright. This could probably be solved with heavier cardstock or cardboard instead of the current paper that's being used. I think this activity would be best for kids from ages 4 through 9. It's great for kids who enjoy painting and want to do something a little out of the box. I wish I had had an activity like this when I was younger!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Interesting concept and pretty easy to use. Some pipping tips were better than others. It dries pretty fast which is good for littles! My daughter definitely liked this for an activity. We did a lot of them but have enough for a second day!

Not worth the price even when bought on sale. Fun and unique concept but not nearly enough paint. Despite different piping tips, all the paint came out as little blobs. Our kit had two green paints and no purple!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This kit is such a fun twist on regular painting! The paint tips feel just like the ones used for baking, which made it extra exciting for my kid. They loved “decorating” their art like it was a cake! The whipped paint has a great texture—fluffy and fun to work with—and the different tips added variety. It’s a creative, hands-on activity that kept them engaged and happy.
Satisfying, temporary enjoyment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Whipped paint kit is like decorating a cake with various tips to vary the design. It is satisfying and fun. One concern is the paint goes on thick and a small child might go through the whipped paint in one sitting! She had temporary fun with the whipped paints and then was tempted to mix everything together with the paint brush, which she did. I think this is better suited to older kids.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Crayola Whipped Paint Kit was a big hit with my 6- and 10-year-old, especially because they were able to turn it into a Minecraft-inspired activity. They used the puffy paint to create 3D creeper faces, blocky swords, and pixel-style grass blocks, and were so excited that the paint dried raised—almost like real in-game textures. The whipped texture reminded them of “placing” blocks, and the different tips made it easy to outline shapes or fill them in with fun squishy strokes. As a parent, I loved that the paint stayed where they put it, didn’t drip everywhere, and gave them a way to bring their Minecraft creativity into real-world art.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We used the Crayola Whipped Paint Art Kit during a family art day, and it was amazing! The consistency is fluffy like frosting, and the tools are similar to what you’d use for cake piping. This was perfect for the two who love to “play bakery”, it dries nicely.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids excitement (6 and 4 y/o) didn’t last long with this one. It can be difficult for kids to pipe so it ended up being one big blob of whipped paint on top of a paper. I do see how it can help with motor skills, but like I said my kids lost interest quickly. I guess this would appeal more to kids that are into decorating cookies and cakes. It also takes a bit for the paint to dry so it can get messy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a clever product, it allows for decorating using “whipped paint” (texture of whipped cream) and different decorative tips! It comes with fun dessert outlines of various sweet treats. My 3 year old needed some help setting up the paint tubes at first, but she was very familiar with squeezing and it was fun watching her create her baked goodies without the actual mess - only downside is that this is not edible!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We tried Crayola Whipped Paint with our 4 and 6 year olds, and it was an instant hit! From the moment they opened the package, their eyes lit up with excitement. The texture is super fun, fluffy, vibrant, and easy to use which made the whole experience feel more like play than craft time. What truly set it apart was the 3D aspect of the paint. Watching their artwork literally pop off the page was magical for them. It sparked so much imagination, and they were fully engaged from start to finish. Whether they were creating swirly rainbows or abstract masterpieces, it was amazing to see their creativity come to life in such a tactile, hands on way. This would make a fantastic gift for any young artist and is definitely something we’ll be using again. Highly recommended for fun, mess friendly, and wonderfully creative playtime!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These markers come in such a cute box, would be great to give as a gift. My 2 & 5 year olds are a little young for these as they didn’t understand the different between these and regular markers. They pressed down pretty hard and did not take care of the nice points. As an adult I do enjoy these markers. Great for drawing and outlining items. I would recommend for a teen present if they are interested in art.
