Poorly designed

I bought these for a preschool classroom. They are very difficult to use and frustrating. The top spins around, making a child have to use two hands and adjust it perfectly, and sand doesn't crank out fast enough to have it actually move the wheel. All children in the class gave up on this toy within 5 minutes.
